Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Sandy beach, 3 km long, up to 40 m wide, gently sloping, suitable for children. Waterpark "Bernsteintherme". Sports harbour Achterwasser (Bootsvermietung) in 1.5 km. Sailing, surfing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Auf den ersten Blick gut, aber in der NaCordula M.

Die FEWO ist hübsch und praktisch ausgestattet und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Ein riesengroßeer Mangel ist aber, dass die Schallisolierung nach außen sehr mangelhaft ist, so dass man auch nachts jedes vorbeiratternde Fahrzeug so laut hört, als würde das Bett direkt an der Bordsteinkante stehen, so dass kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich ist. Daher kann ich diese FEWO nicht weiterempfehlen.

Rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Sofern WLAN unbedingt benötigt wird, ist das in der Unterkunft Verfügbare ein kleines Manko, da die Verbindung recht instabil ist. Darüber hinaus gibt es für mich persönlich keine negativen Aspekte an der Unterkunft. Ich werde sie wieder buchen :-)

Die Betten waren sehr niedrig, dafür hatte die Matratze eine schöne Kuhle. Der rechte Teil der Gardine war zu lang und lag auf dem Fußboden.

Die Wohnung liegt strand- und stadtnah. Auf dem Balkon kann die Markise als Sonnenschutz ausgefahren werden. Vogelfreunde können Rauchschwalben beobachten, die permanent versuchen Nester unter die Markise zu bauen . Der Strandsand ist sehr sauber, d.h. algen- und haushaltsmüllfrei. Die Lage zwischen Meer und Achterwasser ist fantastisch. Falls jemand unbedingt WLAN großer Signalstärke benötigt - das ist nicht gewährleistet. Das Wetter war fantastisch, aber natürlich nicht immer wiederholbar.
