"Tauchmann I", 1-room apartment 30 m2, on the top floor. With sloping ceilings, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Carpet. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

3-family house "Tauchmann". In the resort 600 m from the centre of Koserow, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 700 m, café 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 750 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, surf school 9 km, minigolf 300 m.

Location Description Koserow

On the narrowest point of the Usedon Island, well known for its steep coastline is situate holiday resort, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 19 km west from Ahlbeck, 18 km east from Wolgast, 84 km from Stralsund. In the resort: shops, butchery, bank, restaurant. Thermal bath oder hot springs, health cures at 19 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 18 km. The surrounding is dotted by bays and coastal woodland, nature paths leading to the waters between the mainland and the island, to places to rod fish by boats, paradise for lovers of nature and water sport. Along the Baltic Sea coastline runs the cycling path up to the Imperial baths Bansin/Heringsdorf/Ahlbeck. More excursions possible to Poland and many other places.

Sandy beach, 4 km long, up to 50 m wide, gently sloping. Waterpark "Ostseetherme Usedom (Ahlbeck)" in 19 km. Sailing, surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Balmer See 15 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths.

Klein aber fein, haben uns die 8 Nächste sehr wohl gefühlt. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, 2 Kochplatten. Bei schönen Wetter bietet die Terasse eine schöne Möglichkeit da den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Werden nächstes Jahr gerne wieder bei ihr buchen.

Unterkunft geht besser!Maren P.

Der Essbereich war viel zu klein. Küche teilweise unsauber, Kaffeemaschine müsste neu angeschafft werden, kostet nicht viel. Alte verschiedene Handtücher, sind nur noch als Putzlappen geeignet!!! Keine Verdunkelung/Sonnenschutz für schräge Fenster vorhanden. Sitzplatz draußen alt und ungepflegt, nicht wie in Abbildung. Schade!
