Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Tolle Wohnung für Familien Marco K.

Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für eine 4 köpfige Familie, die Geräte sind alle auf dem neusten Stand und die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Wohnung und das gesamte Haus sind sehr gepflegt.

Eine geräumige Ferienwohnung mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Der Deich ist auch nicht weit weg. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Interhome Büro!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und nicht weit vom Strand. Viele Dinge in der Wohnung sollten allerdings ersetzt werden, da Sie teils defekte aufweisen oder schon recht abgegriffen sind. Hier sollte man als Vermieter tätig werden. Der Balkon müsste auch mal ordentlich gereinigt werden, dann steht dem Wohlfühlen nichts mehr im Weg. Auch der Reinigungszustang könnte noch verbessert werden.

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wenn man unters Bett/ Couch geschaut hat waren viel Staub und Sand zu sehen. Ansonsten Ok

Waren mit Kindern von 3 bis 16 für eine Woche hier.. Top: Spielplatz direkt gegenüber und vom Balkon einsehbar... In 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Deich. Kleinere Inventar mängel, aber ansonsten super, hatten eine schöne Zeit hier.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Deich und alles per Fuß erreichbar. Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker, seehundstation, hallenbad, usw. Fahrrad vorhanden in der Ferienwohnung, das war auch ein Pluspunkt. Würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht noch ein zwei Teppiche, das es wohnlicher wirkt. Fließen ziemlich kalt ohne Fußbodenheizung. Toller Balkon und kleiner Garten vorhanden.

Geräumig, hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Schlafmöbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Innenstadt und Strand fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Sehr gut ausgesttete Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Sonnenbalkon. Gut gelegen, Deich in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Zentrum von Norddeich ist auch gut zu erreichen. Ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und eine Toilette zusätzlich im Dachgeschoss. Drei Fernseher mit Satelliten-Empfang. Die Schränke und Betten sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Viel Platz und fast alles was man braucht, ist irgendwo vorhanden. Nur der Vorab-Check-In war schlecht. Ansonsten gut!

Die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten war sehr gut, teilweise sind die Möbel recht abgewöhnt, aber alles sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und geräumig.
