Exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 5 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Balcony 7 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Second pet possible on request (payment per dog/day on site). Access to the upper floor (wooden construction) via external staircase. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

For shared use: park 1 ha, lawn for sunbathing 400 m2, pond. Table tennis, volleyball, patio (30 m2), barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the complex: reception, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Central parking spaces. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 750 m, bar 10 km, bakery 1.2 km, café 1.2 km, bicycle rental 10 km, bus stop "Schönecken" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, bathing lake 20 km. 400 - 550 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday resort with 1'500 inhabitants, 10 km from Prüm, 22 km from Gerolstein, 26 km from Stadtkyll. Bitburg 27 km. Daun 37 km. Trier 58 km. The historic borough Schönecken is nestled in the valley of the Nims, over which the ruins of the castle Schönecken are enthroned. “Bella Costa” or “Clara Costa” has been watching the events in the Nimstal for about 800 years. With unique natural treasures, several nature reserves (Schönecker Schweiz, Altburgtal) and a botanical nature trail, nature lovers will find many opportunities for recreation. Orchids and lilacs, a juniper heath and kilometer-wide wild garlic meadows can be found in their synergy only in Schönecken. Schönecken is a rich treasure trove for geologists and hobby geologists, where fossil remains of bygone eras appear in many places. The “Wetteldorfer Richtschnitt” is globally recognised as a geological calibration point for the transition from the Lower to the Middle Devon age.

Alles was aanwezig en werkte prima. Een hele rustige en fijne week gehad. De eigenaar en eigenaresse waren ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Fijn gewandeld in de prachtige omgeving en spelletjes gedaan bij de open haard. Het huis is prima, je waant je een beetje in de jaren 70/80 wat wij wel gezellig vonden.

Tolle Lage, guter Preis. Eine sehr schöne Außenanlage. Ideal für Kinder und Hunde. Die Wohnung allerdings ist sehr veraltet und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Das Sofa durchgesessen, zu wenig Steckdosen. In der gesamten Wohnung ein feuchter Geruch. Da half auch Lüften nicht. Insgesamt Standard der 70er Jahre. Hier ist deutliches Potential nach oben.

Es tut uns jedoch leid, dass das Sofa nicht Ihren Komforterwartungen entsprach und dass Sie einen feuchten Geruch in der Wohnung wahrgenommen haben. Dieser Geruch ist auf das feuchte Holz der Holzhäuser zurückzuführen. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen, regelmäßig zu lüften und ausreichend zu heizen, besonders bei unbeständigem Wetter. Das Sofa wurde ausgetauscht. Wir sind stets bestrebt, unseren Standard zu verbessern, herzlichen Dank für Ihr Feedback.

Huisje prima, park prima, echter: Blijkbaar zit er in wifi instelling blokkade voor ontvangst Ned. TV (ziggo go, kp. itv en npo start plus) waardoor het me een hoop mb's kostte (€24) om de Vuelta etc te zien!

Wir hatten hier drei Nächte verbracht und uns sehr gut erholt.Das Ferienhaus ist schön ruhig gelegen, sehr gemütlich waren die Abende am Kamin.Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles funktionstüchtig und insgesamt gemütlich und sauber.Drum herum gibt es viele schöne Wanderwege sowie herrliche Wälder.Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette Dame, es gab zur Begrüßung eine Tüte Knabberzeug sowie einen umschlag mit Karten für Wanderwege usw.,sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch:)

De eigenaren zijn zeer aardig en behulpzaam maar moeten echt gaan renoveren je gaat 50 jaar terug in de tijd en het heeft echt onderhoud nodig losse schroeven op het balkon deuren die klemmen afzuigkap op instorten die volgens ons nooit meer is schoongemaakt .En meer aandacht voor schoonmaak in het algemeen het ruikt muf op de slaapkamers en spinnenwebben op het plafond achter de radiatoren .

Wir haben die FeWo als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern für eine Woche gemietet. Die FeWo wird aber auch an Hundebesitzer mit Hund vermietet, was wir leider an den vielen Haaren in der Wohnung feststellen mussten… die Hygiene war mangelhaft, wenn man nicht selbst einen Hund mitbringt. Die Wohnung hat eine Grundausstattung ohne Extras und ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Anlage ist aber sehr schön gelegen und bietet viel Platz und 2 Spielplätze. Der Empfang war herzlich und nett.

Die Blockhauswohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter in schönster Privatwaldlage mit gemütlich gartenmöblierter Liegewiese hat richtig Spass auf mehr gemacht. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir waren in der Zwischensaison Gäste der Ferienanlage Reinskopf.
