Cosy furnishings: living/dining room 24 m2 with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room 9 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: living room 35 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room 13 m2 with 1 double bed (200 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 9 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 9 m2 (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large balcony 20 m2, small terrace 8 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The holiday apartment is the combination of the two apartments DE8491.200.23 and DE8491.200.24 (the upper floor can only be reached via an outside staircase, the balcony is partially covered). Lake 150 m. If you reserve the free additional beds (one per apartment possible), you can use the sofa bed in the living / dining room on the ground floor and / or the single bed in the 9 m2 bedroom on the upper floor. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment.

Well-signposted hiking trails on a section of the new “Goldsteig” trail, natural sites like Rauchröhren (1044 m) and “Waldschmidtdenkmal” (1134 m), climbing on the alpine rock formations of the Rauchröhren, four designated Nordic Walking routes, cycling or mountain biking, family-friendly bear tours and walks, interesting children’s program, night and sunrise hikes, herbal excursions, guided tours in the “Arracher Moor” nature reserve, lodge evenings, musicians’ meetings and guided day hikes offer the best conditions for an eventful holiday.
