Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot (extra). Please note: smoke alarm.

House "Le Maupas". 800 m from the centre of La Tranche-sur-Mer, 43 km from the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, in the residential district, 200 m from the sea. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Grande Plage" 200 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m.

Le maupas ist für einen Urlaub am Meer sehr gut gelegen, Nähe zum Meer, zum Supermarkt und in den Ort. Die Zimmer sind hell und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Für das Auto ist bequem Platz. Wer sich selbst versorgen möchte, findet alle nötigen Gerätschaften, die Geräte sind leistungsstark wie im normalen Haushalt.

Could be a nice house in a great location for the town and beach. However, condition is tired. Upon arrival there was an electric socket hanging out of the wall, a broken bed with several slats broken and so unusable, a broken window latch that meant the building could not be locked, the toilet seat was off, the garage door was also hanging off and that too could not be locked. NOT a good start. I fixed the garage door and toilet seat and had to wait in a full day and a half for a workman. POOR.

Das Haus liegt ca. 8 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß von den schönen Stränden entfernt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, auch mit Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Der moderne Induktionsherd funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Das Bad ist mittelgroß, mit einer Duschkabine versehen. Die Terrasse kann zwar von der sehr ruhigen Straße, nicht aber von den Nachbarn eingesehen werden. Das Auto wird auf dem Grundstück geparkt.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt an diesem Haus ist die Toilette: der Raum an sich ist viel zu klein/zu eng, hat kein Fenster und die Abluft funktioniert nicht. Große Menschen müssen die Tür offen lassen, was für die übrigen Mitbewohner nicht unbedingt angenehm ist.

Inventaire à revoir (vaisselle , barbecue ) auteur des lustres , lumière de la hotte et confort de la cuisine à revoir. Fixation du comptoir , éclairage de l'évier inexistant. Les butées de portes à contrôler. Problème d'électricité à vérifier pour l'hiver, radiateur et four ne font pas bon ménage, oups !
