Appartement propre mais en mauvais état. Cuisine hors d'âge. Placards tres endommagés. Canapé convertible qui a fait son temps. Toile cirée sur la table trouée. Cet appartement mériterait d'être rénové.

Appartement très bien situé dans la station, accès direct aux pistes et aux commerces. Premier étage avec ascenseur, casiers à ski, appartement au calme. En revanche, petite surface, équipement minimum, quasiment pas de rangement (excepté la penderie dans l'entrée pour les blousons). Pas de système de détection de fumée (est-ce légal ?), pas d'appareil à raclette ni de caquelon à fondue (dommage pour la montagne), casseroles vieillissantes et poignée de poêle à qui il manque une vis.
