Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill) with dining table. Bathroom, shower, 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Flat is in a good location, 2 mins to slopes) and not nosie as on top floor (you do need take the stairs up to the top floor) Has a good balcony to sit out on and eat.

We were pleased with the property. It is comfortable, clean, warm and has all that you need. It is in an excellence location in Val Claret next to a Sherpa supermarket, and good Ski Hire Shop and all importantly a short walk to the the ski lifts of Val Claret (200m). The main bars and restaurant's of Val Claret centre are a short walk in the evening (500m). One thing I would mention is it is difficult to find, especially late at night, even once you are in the building. Needs better directions.

Wonderful apartment, clean and spacious, plenty of facilities, great location and west facing views. Direct access to Tichot and Bollin lifts. Supermarket and ski-hire next door. Would definitely return here.

Great location in Tignes, close to lifts and supermarket etc. The appartment is well equipped but very small for two families with even young teenagers. One of the toilets opens out into the living area with no basin in it which makes it's use during the day questionable.
