2-room apartment 25 m2, on the ground floor. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV. 1 open small room with curtain with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Entrance hall with 2 x 1 bunk beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only.

Tignes 1800-Boisses 8 km from Tignes le Lac: Residence "Les Olympiques (Tignes 1800)", 2 storeys. In the resort, in a quiet position, 200 m from the skiing area. Public parking. Shop, grocery, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery, bus stop 200 m. Tennis 200 m, skisport facilities 200 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes le Lac, 8 km. Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.

In the resort: supermarket, grocery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, cinema. Glacier, hiking, indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. National park Vanoise National Park 300 m (kids') animation, lakes nearby, nature reserve, kids' animation, toboggan run.

Parking spaces are free in summer. All watersports available in Tignes Le Lac. Heated outdoor swimming pool. Sailing, canoeing. Tennis, squash, golf course 18 hole in Tignes Val Claret. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 3 mountain lifts and cableways. Mountain lifts, cableways, chair lifts, 200 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Winter

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Sainte Foy en Tarentaise at 20 km, Les Arcs at 40 km, La Rosière at 30 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Aunque el apartamento está bien situado era un planta baja sin habitaciónes que la tuberías desprendian malos olores y era molesto estar en el apartamento

Thank you for the comments. Work was done during the summer of 2022, which caused bad odors in the drainpipes. This is now over and the smell is is also gone.

Résidence très bien placée, une piste débutant a la porte et a 2 pas du bus pour rejoindre la station située à 15mn. Équipement sommaire mais suffisant, cependant légèrement à l étroit pour 4 personnes + tout le matériel de ski..

Grande terrasse mais pas de mobilier exterieur, sejour effectué en été et donc aller retour quotidien a Tignes le lac (20 mn/AR). Pas de douche mais baigoire sans douchette!!!
