Tignes Val Claret: Residence "Le Prariond" - excellent location: central but quiet, right by the Tignes and Val d'Isère slopes, ski in ski out. Apartment block "Le Prariond (Val Claret)". In the centre of Val Claret, in a sunny position residential area (villas). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 250 m, shopping centre 50 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 250 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 15 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 20 m, ski-kindergarten 150 m. Nearby attractions: Funiculaire de la Grande Motte -en ski 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: TIGNES VAL D'ISERE 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Sainte Foy en Tarentaise at 20 km, Les Arcs at 40 km, La Rosière at 30 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Studio agréable, très bien exposé, propre. La literie, neuve, est excellente. Tout petit bémol, le réfrigérateur ne comporte pas de "partie congélateur" ce qui est gênant pour les "poches de glace" bien utiles lors de blessures de ski !! À noter, il y a pas, comme dans la majorité des appartements, de lave-vaisselle. Une petite corvée dont on espèrerait bien se passer durant les congés.

Appartement bien situé mais ou le ménage, hormis les sanitaires, n’est jamais fait: la literie et les placards sont noirs de crasse et plein de miettes ou de morceaux peu ragoûtants

Apartment was very good value for money. Small but had everything we needed. Best part was location, very close to ski lifts / ski school.

Nous avons passé un super séjour pied des pistes dans ce petit appartement fonctionnel. Nous avions même une cafetière alors que l'agence nous avait dit le contraire avant notre arrivée. Seul bémol : le bruit nocturne du fait d'une mauvaise isolation des fenêtres (vieux bâtiment, nous entendions les gens qui faisaient la fête toutes les nuits) et la literie qui est bonne à changer (le canapé clic clac est vétuste et peu confortable). Nous recommandons surtout par l'emplacement ! Merci !

Perfect location for ski in ski out. Moving belt for pure beginners and Tufs chair lift for all including beginner kids are just next to the apartment. Facility and equipment were enough, and it has plenty of storage space in the room. As negative, only one key (room and ski storage) was provided. It was very inconvenient. Mobile wifi I rent worked for browsing, but downloading some movies was not worked well. Bunk bed mattress was not comfortable.

The apartment was very comfortable for a family of four (two adults plus two kids). The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook with and to serve. The internhome workers gave great service to whatever we needed through our visit. The location is just superb the lockers room door goes right outside to Tufs lift to the mountain!!!! We will definitely use inter home apartments again and very recommending this one.

Good apartment, nicely redecorated. Functional layout. Lots of storage space. Good new kitchen. No dish washer, but great oven. Sunny balcony. Nice view on the Les Lanches lift and piste. You can walk to the Grande Motte train, but it is steep, you can use the lift across the street (Tufs was not open yet). Parking space in front of the building. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
