Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (70 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm), TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), TV. Shower/WC. South facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Tignes Val Claret: In the shopping centre residence "Le Curling A (Val Claret)". In the centre of VAL CLARET, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 10 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 200 m, ski school 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 20 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.

Winter

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Sainte Foy en Tarentaise at 20 km, Les Arcs at 40 km, La Rosière at 30 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Logement bien situé. Par contre, les coussins des fauteuils sont très vieux et très inconfortables. La literie aussi a besoin d'être changée. Le casier a ski permet de loger 6 paires de ski, mais pas les chaussures. Il faut les monter à l'appartement. La cuisine est très petite mais il y a l'essentiel. La porte fenêtre du balcon ne crochette pas dans sa partie basse. L'escalier qui monte aux chambres n'est pas pratique..Conclusion: Une bonne location qui a besoin d'être rafraichie et modernisée.

Die Wohnung hatte eine Toplage direkt am Skilift. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Für 8 Personen gab es ausreichend Platz. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
