1-room studio 27 m2 on 4th floor, south facing position. Fully renovated, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), flat screen. Sleeping alcove with sliding door with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Large shower 120x80cm, separate cabin of the living room, private balcony - not vis à vis, pets not allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Tignes Val Claret: Residence "Le Prariond" - excellent location: central but quiet, right by the Tignes and Val d'Isère slopes, ski in ski out. Residence "Le Borsat (Val Claret)", 7 storeys. In the centre, in a sunny position in the residential district, 20 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop 50 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Skisport facilities 20 m, slopes 20 m, ski rental 50 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 150 m, children's ski school 20 m, sled run 150 m. Nearby attractions: centre aquatique Le Lagon 2 km, Centre Sportif Tignespace 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Tignes Val D'isère 10 m. Hiking paths: Parc Naturel Régional de la Vanoise 250 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Riding. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 3 mountain lifts and cableways. Mountain lifts, cableways, chair lifts, 200 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Winter

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Sainte Foy en Tarentaise at 20 km, Les Arcs at 40 km, La Rosière at 30 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Un apart convivial et très bien situé direct sur les pistes. Une vue sur piste et montagne fortement agréable. Il serait fort appréciable de trouver en +: appareil à fondue et à raclette Je conseille .

L’appartement est spacieux, très bien agencé et globalement équipé. Malheureusement la dalle chauffante du 4ème étage était inopérante, il faisait moins de 10 degré dans l’appartement. La réactivité d’interhome s’est limité à fournir un petit chauffage électrique de 400 watts au bout de 12h00 largement insuffisant pour réchauffer l’appartement. La première nuit a vraiment difficile.

Studio très fonctionnel avec une petite cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnel, la salle de bain possède une douche spacieuse et les toilettes sont séparés de la salle de bain ce qui est très pratique. Le petit balcon possède une vue sur les montagnes ce qui est très sympathique.
