Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Entrance hall with 2 wall-trunk beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining table. Bath/WC. South facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 5 m, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 50 m, sled run, cross country ski track 2 km, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: TIGNES VAL D'ISERE 5 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Sainte Foy en Tarentaise at 20 km, Les Arcs at 40 km, La Rosière at 30 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Appartement très agréable, au pied des pistes, dans un immeuble très calme. Seul hic à l'arrivée, les occupants précédents n'avaient pas vidé le lave vaisselle, ils avaient laisser leur poubelle sur le balcon et le ménage laissait à désirer... Mais sinon très bien dans l'ensemble.

This apartment was perfect for our little ski holiday. Less than a 5 minute walk to 3 ski lifts, 3 minutes to the local shop and nearest pub, should your children let you go! The apartment was exactly as described, and the check in and out process was hassle free. It was exactly what we needed, as my two children don't like to apre ski, but the complimentary wi-fi was good enough to keep them entertained all evening. Unfortunately, i tried to book for next Easter, but it is already rented :-(

Great location but the apartment is very tired, old fashioned and scruffy. The double bed is so crazily small that the only way you can lie straight is on the diagonal. The wifi works but does not connect to the internet. Extremely bad value.
