Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), shower. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. 2 small balconies, south facing position and, east facing position. The residence comprises two 4-storey buildings. Residence "Conseil", 4 storeys. In the centre of Saint Gervais, 9.4 km from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Le Pont" 250 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5 km. Tennis 1.4 km, minigolf 1.4 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, casino. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna, health cures. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Mooie plek, goed uitgerust. We waren met zijn 4 en daarvoor is het ruim genoeg. 15 min lopen naar de gondel naar het skigebied. Midden in het centrum.

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables. L'appartement est chaleureux. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut, sauf pe une machine à laver le linge car il n'y a pas de lavomatic à proximité. Idealement situé, pas besoin de voiture pour aller au ski ou en rando.

Appartement bien équipé, mais avec quelques objets manquants. Réfrigérateur et certaines robinetteries défectueux. Matelas des deux petits lits à changer ainsi que la batterie de casseroles, le matelas de 140 est neuf. On peut avoir Internet si on loue la box Wifi à l'agence. Un gros problème : les nids d'oiseau sous le toit de la chambre à 1 lit; le balcon est rempli de fientes d'oiseau et de cadavres d'oiseau tombés du nid; je suis sortie pour nettoyer et j'ai pris des crottes sur la tête ...
