Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower. Hip bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage, height 200 cm, width 290 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

The residence comprises two 4-storey buildings. Residence "Conseil", 4 storeys. In the centre of Saint Gervais, 9.4 km from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Le Pont" 250 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5 km. Tennis 1.4 km, minigolf 1.4 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, casino. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna, health cures. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Summer

Heated outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis. Minigolf. Paragliding, high rope course. 2 gondola lifts, hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. In March: "Festival international de l'humour" in St Gervais les Bains. Hockey.

Winter

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Noël à St Gervais, un cadeau pour clôturer cette année 2023. Merveilleux séjour dans ce logement au coeur de St Gervais que nous affectionnons tout particulièrement. Spacieux duplex, lumineux, terrasse, facile d'accès et disposant d'un parking privé très utile en centre ville. Logement très bien équipé, seul le micro ondes est manquant. Nous reviendrons !

Duplex très agréable, lumineux et fonctionnel. Extérieur équipé d une terrasse en angle permettant de profiter de l ensoleillement. Tres bien équipé (seul manque un micro ondes). Accès direct au centre de St gervais et parking en sous sol privatif est un plus.
