Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 230 cm with 1 french bed (130 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 230 cm with 2 beds and electric heating. Shop 1 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "de Servoz" 450 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16.3 km, sports centre 15 km, skisport facilities 6.8 km, ski school 6.8 km. Please note: car recommended.

All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre at 8 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Zoo Parc animalier de Merlet, nature reserve.

Summer

Summer family orientated resort, Come enjoy the varied activities of the valley. Heated outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Praz de Chamonix 12 km. Fishing (permit required). 1 cableways, 1 gondola lift, hiking paths, mountain hikes. Mountain bike routes.

Winter

Skiing for everyone at les Houches, with its beginners area at the Prarion summit, its snowpark on the Voza and up to the "Verte des Houches"... Ski-region des Houches. 1 cableway, 1 cabin cabin, chair lifts, drag lifts. 24 ski runs, total length 55 km. Ski school (downhill), children's ski school. High altidude pistes. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Le Brévent at 9 km, La Flégère at 11 km, Les Grands Montets at 17 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Perfekte Hütte für eine kleine Familie. Direkt neben dem Wald und einem zu empfehlenden Orientierungslauf. Vorsicht, mindestens in unserem Fall hat die ausgeschriebene "elektrische Kaffeemaschine gefehlt". Somit unbedingt eine mitnehmen. Dasselbe gilt für warme Socken / Hausschuhe im Winter, da der Boden im unteren Stockwerk etwas kalt ist.

Nous avons passé une semaine 2 adultes et 4 enfants, le chalet était assez grand et fonctionnel .L'équipement n'est pas de toute jeunesse mais il fait l'affaire le plus la machine a laver et le lave vaisselle ,il manque un micro onde et un aspirateur pour le petit ménage de tous les jours.La vaisselle serait a renouveler car beaucoup était cassés .Le chalet est très bien située a 6 minutes des pistes( en voiture).Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

We waren erg tevreden over het gezellige, compleet uitgeruste huisje, de organisatie en de prachtige, bergachtige omgeving! Het vakantiehuis ligt op een hele rustige plek. Als je de drukte op wilt zoeken ben je zo (evt. met de trein) in het bruisende Chamonix. Vanuit het huisje kun je geweldig wandelen. Het was goed geregeld met 't ophalen/wegbrengen van de sleutel, omdat dit op zondag was hebben wij niemand van Interhome gesproken. Wij hebben enorm genoten! een aanrader voor natuurliefhebbers!

le problème était au niveau de la vaisselle et du matériel de cuisine qui était sale, en mauvais état, tasses et verres bréchés, une mise à jour est à faire, pour le reste le chalet était simple mais agréable et les lits de bonne qualité
