Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2, south-west facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre at 8 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Zoo Parc animalier de Merlet, nature reserve.

Summer

Summer family orientated resort, Come enjoy the varied activities of the valley. Heated outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Praz de Chamonix 12 km. Fishing (permit required). 1 cableways, 1 gondola lift, hiking paths, mountain hikes. Mountain bike routes.

Winter

Skiing for everyone at les Houches, with its beginners area at the Prarion summit, its snowpark on the Voza and up to the "Verte des Houches"... Ski-region des Houches. 1 cableway, 1 cabin cabin, chair lifts, drag lifts. 24 ski runs, total length 55 km. Ski school (downhill), children's ski school. High altidude pistes. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Le Brévent at 9 km, La Flégère at 11 km, Les Grands Montets at 17 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Keys must be collected and dropped off (before 10am) from an office 10 km from the appartment. Arriving and leaving by plane&taxi makes this very difficult. When making the booking this constraint was not identified. On arrival some critical items not provided including duvets, toilet paper/soap and some basic kitchen utensils. Appartment was clean, spacious and very well located, as described. Interhome not initially contactable but did bring duvets on the Monday after arrival.

Appartement agréable, spacieux, cuisine bien équipée, balcon, cave et parking et proche des remontées. Cependant, le ménage doit être amélioré (wc sent l’urine, poussière) les couvertures ne sont pas agréables, investissez dans des couettes.
