Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room, north facing position with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room, north facing position with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (SENSEO) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave) with bar. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Balcony 4 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Residence "Les Pistes", 6 storeys, built in 2001. Above Corbier, 300 m from the centre, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 14.Dec. - 11.Apr. and 28.Jun. - 29.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at 20 m on the premises. Shop, grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 300 m, railway station "Saint Jean de Maurienne" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Ski lift, chair lift, slopes 200 m, ski school 500 m, ski-kindergarten 700 m, sled run 500 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The swimming pool facilities are 500 m from the residence at the municipal pool. Entrance for under 3’s is not allowed. Children between 3 and 5 years old are allowed subject to weather conditions (in winter). Entrance tickets to the swimming pool are included in your rental price and will be given to you when you check in.

Archery, table tennis, petanque, miniquad, devalquart, mountainboarding, park skating, fishing, canyoning, ice racing around, 4 x 4 radiocontrol, bungee jumping, paintballing. The resort offers a CARTE PASS PARTOUT with access to all resort activities. Childrens club, Mini pouss (4-5 years old), Marmottons(6-8 years old), Aiglons (9-15 years old), activities for teenagers (13-17 years old).

Winter

Le Corbier is part of the ski-region des SYBELLES. Total 310 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks. Toboggan runs. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: La Toussuire: Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards. In Winter: please take snow chains. Le Corbier - it is also: Paragliding, Dog sled, Delta plane, Freeride, Speed riding, Easy park, Slalom track, Arva park, Snowmobile, Snowshoes. Preferential rates on ski equipment rental and ski lift passes. The passes are free for those under 5 and over 75.

un appartement bien agencé pour une famille avec 2 chambres (1 avec 3 lits simples superposés et 1 avec 2 lits doubles superposés !) couplé avec un espace salon/salle à manger avec une velle vue, la cuisine est également bien optimisée ! le seul point de vigilance concerne la baignoire qui est plus que glissante malgré le tapis antidérapant présent..
