"Sapin B", 1-room studio 17 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace, east facing position. Parking. Please note: TV only FR. No lift.

House/Residence

The residence "Le Sapin", access by stairs, is composed of 3 large chalet, situated at the foot of the pistes of la Princesse residence "les sapins". On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Mégève, 3 km from the centre of Combloux, 650 m from the skiing area. Parking. Bus stop "Demi lune" 950 m, railway station "Sallanches" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, gondola lift 700 m, slopes 100 m. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked. Underground parking (extra).

J’ai choisi un extérieur pas de table ni chaise longue pour pouvoir déjeuner,j’étais seule on m’a con seille de sortir une grosse table en bois pour pouvoir profitez de l’extérieur ! N’ayant pas la force ni n’étant chez moi ,je n’ai pas pris le risque. Les oreillers ,les couvertures à l’hygiène douteuse ainsi que l’aleze.odeur et cheveux de plusieurs mois de location. J’ai tout mis à aerer et balayette et pelle pleine de poils et cheveux noirs. J’ai acheté une aleze.
