1-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Living/dining room with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed and TV. Exit to the balcony. Small alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.12. to 30.04. Balcony 6 m2, south-east facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 103 au sous sol. Please note: parking space for small car only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Pas confortable Meriem S.

L’appartement est vétuste et il n’est pas propre (étoiles d’araignée par tout). Le matelas du clic clac n’est pas confortable du tout et il fait du bruit. Par contre L’appartement est bien située pas loin des commerces à pied et proche des stations de bus. Il faudrait faire des travaux et changer la literie avant de le louer.

-Situation idéale avec vue sur le Mont-Blanc. -Parking couvert dans l'immeuble. -Appartement correctement équipe malgré quelques lacunes mineurs heureusement corrigées par l'équipe Interhome.

Appartement situé à 5 minutes de la rue piétonne et commerçante de Chamonix. Néanmoins, un rafraichissement de l'appartement serait nécessaire, ainsi que supprimer tous les tapis qui ne sont pas très clean en terme d'hygiène.

Le ménage laisse à désirer. Les boutons du four et autour étaient couvert de crasse grasse . Ce que j'ai d'ailleurs laissé. L'interrupteur de la sdb couveur de noir ,sale . Poubelle trop petite . Superficie trop petite pour 4 personnes . Placard grand pas pratique trop haut pour poser les vêtements. La table de la terrasse dégueulasse . Les ampoules wc et couloir trop sombres . Mériterait un rafraîchissement. Point positif belle terrasse avec belle vue
