No check in directions, I had to call to figure out how to get inside. Once we're inside, we noticed that the place was very dirty. Beds, kitchen dishes, pots and silverware the whole place was dirty. No Wi-Fi in the place as promised, no help from Interhome to get these problems resolved during our stay even though we notified them immediately. No toilet paper or other very basic amenities in the apartment. We will never book through Interhome again.

We are sorry to hear about your bad experiences with us. We always send the travel documents containing the keyholder contact details and the address of the of key pick up as well as the accommodation 28 days before arrival. For any reasons these were not received, please inform us latest a week prior arrival so we can send them again. Cleaning can be corrected immediately if the keyholder is notified sooner and Wi-Fi can be requested the same way. As a fully self catering accommodation, we are not obliged to provide basic perishable supplies. Guests can purchase these along with their groceries to last for the duration of the stay. Het appartement ligt rustig en toch dichtbij de leuke plekjes van Chamonix. Prachtig uitzicht. Zeer groot balkon. Alle apparatuur in de keuken aanwezig, ook een wasmachine. TV aanwezig met Franse zenders. Neem chromecast mee en huur wifi en je kunt netflixen. 2 pp bed vond ik te klein, ben thuis groot bed gewend. Verder geeft de woning een museum berghut gevoel. Er hangen persoonlijke foto's van bergbeklimmingen, ook schilderijen etc. Hebben het bergen thema, wel passend zo dichtbij Mont Blanc.

Appartement style années 80, "dans son jus" très bien placé à Chamonix. Belle vue et spacieux. Un nettoyage des rideaux intérieurs en tergal serait le bienvenu.

En general, mobiliario vetusto, rancio, sobre todo armarios. Demasiado recargado con figuras, adornos, fotos y "tapetes". Aún así, cómodo, bien equipado y terraza magnífica. Cocina pequeña pero suficiente. Parking libre. Los edredones necesitan renovarlos o lavarlos a conciencia. Tuvimos que solicitar unos limpios a la agencia. No se revisó la limpieza antes de la estancia. Se notó, sobre todo, mucho polvo.
