Inside

1-room studio 25 m2 on 2nd floor, south-west facing position. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 35 et cave n°21. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. The large bed is on interfmediate floor (ceiling height about 1 m) access by wooden steps and is not suitable for children under 6 years.

It was good value for money in Chamonix. Quiet building with plenty of hot water, communal areas were clean and tidy. Easy to get to the centre of Chamonix on foot and some good restaurants close by. The cleaning done before my arrival was not very particular so this needs to improve (tomato sauce on dining table, hair in corner of bath) It would make a lot of sense to have a shower screen to stop the shower spraying on the floor. Bed linen provided had old blood spots on them, shaving?

Logement très bien situé, tout près du centre de Chamonix, de l aiguille du midi et de la gare ter. Logement fonctionnel, mais un peu vieillot. Très belle vue sur l aiguille du midi.

Petit pour 4, bien pour deux. Très bien situé. Manque un tapis de douche et un rideau de douche. Pas de pelle. Place de parking indispensable.

Appartement correct et calme .Situé au centre de Chamonix et à proximité des transports en commun. La petite cuisine mériterait une rénovation. La peinture s'ecaille.

Lejligheden ligger perfekt tæt på alt man har brug for. Som bonus er floden også meget tæt på og lyden er vare så afslappende.

Points positifs: Bien situé, près du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi, quartier sympa et animé. Apparemment calme (sauf le bruit de la rivière) Clair et ensoleillé avec super vue sur le Mont Blanc. L'agence a été réactive lorsqu'il manquait des choses. Parking inclus, très pratique à Chamonix. Points négatifs: Appartement un peu vieillot Mezzanine trop près du plafond. Les poêles auraient besoin d'être changées. Appartement beaucoup trop petit pour 4 alors qu'il est loué comme tel.
