La disposition cuisine - repas est un peu particulière. A notre avis , on préfèrerait une petite table entourée de chaises. Mais on s'en accommode.

- Points positifs : particulièrement bien situé dans chamonix (très proche commerces / sentiers du village / télécabine du praz / prairie ), à 15 min à pied de la gare, en rdch mais vue sur massif, équipé de manière bien fonctionnel. - Points négatifs : très petit (à éviter en hivers) et surtout pas de parking (voiture à garer en souterrain au parking Le Mont Blanc situé à 10 min à pied à 47 euros/sem).

...problème d’isolation phonique. Aucun bruit extérieur car au sein d’une résidences calme, mais on entend tout de ce que disent/font les voisins des étages supérieurs. Vraiment décevant. Sinon terrasse plein sud très agréable et literie confortable. Studio bien emménagé.
