Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with rooflight with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm). Balcony 9 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 7 au sous-sol, height 190 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Ski locker 20 - Access to the building's shared laundry room. Please note parking for a small car. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Les Praz de Chamonix is a lovely green area with its golf course and hiking paths. Above the Flegere cable car, discover the wonderfual view over the Mont Blanc mountain range... Outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Tennis (2 km), golf course 18 hole. 1 cableways, hiking paths.

Winter

At Praz de Chamonix, the la Flegere ski area offers a range of ski runs for all levels and links to the ski area of Brevent and the town of Chamonix... Ski-region de la Flégère. 1 cableway, 1 cabin cabin, 3 drag lifts. Sports centre at 2 km. Ice rink at 2 km. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Le Brévent at 1 km, Les Houches at 11 km, Les Grands Montets at 6 km.

In viaggio per un weekend lungo sulla neve, l'appartamento si trova appena fuori Chamonix ma servita dai mezzi e comunque a 10' di cammino dal centro in mezzo ad un paesaggio fantastico. Appartamento comodissimo con vista su Aguille du Midì. In più la struttura è con garage che tramite ascensore ti collega comodamente al piano. Interhome sempre impeccabile, grazie mille

The apartment is very nice, spacious, fully equipped. It has a good view of the mountains. It is a little outdated in terms of decoration and furniture but considering the price is a good deal. The highest point was the garage being covered, inside the building with an elevator very close and straight to the apartment door. And the kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. It was a very nice stay!
