"La Cardeline", 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

House "La Cardeline", surrounded by fields and vineyards. 9 km from the centre of Grignan, 4 km from the centre of Grillon, 7 km from the centre of Valréas. Private: pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, single garage. Shop 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop "La Garenne" 4 km.

Location Description Grignan

Grignan, situated in the heart of the the Provencale Drome, is famous for its castle which is classified as an historic monument well-known, picturesque, medieval village with 1'300 inhabitants, 30 km from Montélimar, 66 km from Orange, 69 km from Valence. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, attractions. Grignan has a rich cultural past. Written correspondence from the Marquise de Sevigne is confirmation of this, in which she she speaks of it. The castle is one of the most beautiful of the Renaissance era. Night markets take place during July and August near the wine route, where agricultural products (truffles and wine) are on offer. Lavender market.

Zoals beschreven ligt de woning in een rustige omgeving. De hygiëne was onder de maat. Geldt voor de gehele woning. Bijgeboekt bad- en bedlinnen ontbraken. Bij uitchecken alsnog badlinnen moeten betalen. Eigenaar vriendelijk, maar deed geen moeite om je te begrijpen. Sms'en worden wel gelezen, maar je krijgt geen reactie terug.

Très beau beau petit gîte au calme avec une magnifique vue sur le paysage de la Drôme et du Vaucluse, repos garanti !!! Manque juste d'équipements un peu plus moderne et d'internet pour les ados.

Die idyllische Lage hat uns einen ruhigen und entspannenden Familienurlaub mit Hund verschafft. Im Haus war alles nötige vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Das sehr nette Vermieterpaar hat sich bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder.

Fijn vakantiehuis, ruim, mooi gelegen tussen de wijngaarden. Het is er lekker stil, je hebt alle privacy. Fijn dat de auto in de garage kan staan. Vriendelijke eigenaren.

Aangenaam ontvangen door de eigenaar: Zeer vriendelijke en relaxte man. De huiskamer is klein (extra bank zou fijn zijn), maar alles is aanwezig. Prima slaapkamers en ruime keuken. De meeste tijd waren we buiten: Eten onder de schaduw van de bomen midden tussen de wijnranken. Huis is vrijstaand en het is er super rustig. We hebben er echt genoten!
