Upper floor: open walk-through room with 3 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 2 m2, west facing position and north facing position, terrace 3 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car), height 180 cm, width 245 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Die Wohnung hat eine super ruhige Lage mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt einen eigenen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, der jedoch nicht für SUVs geeignet ist. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung in einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Einzig die Küche und das Bad unten wurden mal erneuert. Das Bad oben geht gar nicht! Alle Steckdose abgedeckt und die Klospülung läuft nach. Lobend ist der Service zu erwähnen. Der defekte Wasserhahn in der Küche wurde umgehend repariert.

Le WC atenant aux chambres ne fonctionne pas. Fuites d'eau intempestives. D'où l'obligation de descendre en pleine nuit au rez-de-chaussée pour se soulager. Le baladeur de la baignoire est entarté. Nous avons dû nous laver dans la petite cabine de douche du rez-de-chaussée, donc la vasque n'était pas très propre.Un nettoyage à été fait avec beaucoup de javel par la dame de ménage. La table de la salle à manger est très basse et les chaises très hautes. Impossible de s'asseoir normalement .

Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal sehr schöne Ferientage " avec les pieds dans l'eau" in dieser Wohnung verbracht: Die Zimmer - besonders die Küche - sind gut ausgestattet, hell, sauber und bieten mit den Fenstern zur Strandseite einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Lediglich das Bad im oberen Stock ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden.

Wir haben schöne Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung direkt am Meer verbracht. Sie hat aslles, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. So konnten wir den Aufenthalt in Deauville-Trouville entspannt genießen. Dank auch an das freundliche und hilfreiche Personal von INTERHOME vor Ort.

Certes, il y a quelques ameliorations à apporter (les chaises trop hautes qui font qu'on ne peut pas s'asseoir autour de la table à manger, la table basse cassée et sur laquelle on ne peut rien poser…) mais l'appartement possède quand meme beaucoup de charme et est hyper bien placé, un peu excentré du centre ville, tout au bout de la plage, avec une très belle vue. Egalement, j'ai été épatée par la gentillesse des gens de l'agence, au telephone, comme sur place ! Je reviendrai, c'est certain !

Die Lage direkt am Strand mit den benachbarten alten Villen ist phantastisch. Zum Bäcker läuft man am Meer entlang 10-15 Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist charmant und etwas angewöhnt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Ein Bett ist leider durchgelegen. Der Backofen funktionierte leider auch nicht, aber der Interhomeservice brachte immerhin sofort einen leider Recht kleinen Ersatz. Der Service bei Interhome ist überhaupt sehr gut.

Belle location idéalement située dans Trouville sur le bord de la plage à 5/10min du centre ville. Un lit 2 places dans la seconde chambre serait idéal ou une solution pour accrocher les 2 lits simple ensemble. Pratique avec des enfants en bas âges.

Les photos sur internet ne correspondaient pas tout à fait à la réalité. L'ensemble de l'appartement (à l'exception de la cuisine et de la salle de bains du 2ème étage) devrait être rénové. L'emplacement de l'appartement était bon, il fallait environ 10 minutes pour aller à pied au centre de Trouville.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Ausstattung Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Balkon auch toll. Der obere Stock ist etwas beengt mit den 3 Betten ohne Abtrennung. Ein etwas älteres Bad oben. Abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer für Eltern ist vorhanden. Gerne wieder. Lage!Lage!Lage!

L’endroit est vraiment facile pour l’accès à la plage heureusement un garage pour se garer le jour de grande affluence c’est vraiment reposant.L’accès pour la ville par la plage excellent.

L’appartement est situé en front de mer et la vue est magnifique. Le balcon permet de s’attabler à 3-4 personnes. La cuisine est moderne et convenablement équipée. Par contre le mobilier et une des salles de bain sont désuets. La table de la salle à manger est trop basse. Il n’y a qu’une chambre car les trois lits simples sont disposés sur le pallier du premier étage.

Komfortables 2-geschossiges Appartement mit perfekten Blick vom Balkon auf Strand und Meer. Große gut ausgestattete Küche, ein neues Duschbad und ein altes Wannenbad. 1 abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer mit getrennten Betten und weitere Betten im offenen Nebenraum. Beides im OG. Tiefgaragenstellplatz für kleineres Auto (VW Golf 6 hat gerade gepasst). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, außer dass es bei Wind etwas durch die Fenster zieht. Obergeschoss etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir kommen wieder!
