Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Famous, historical, family-friendly bathing resort with 3'660 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region, directly by the sea, 220 km north-west from Paris, 25 km north-east from Caen, 15 km east from Ouistreham. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, museum, cinema. Glacier, indoor aquatic centre, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Zoo Cerza 48 km, Cultural events Festival du film Romantique, Fête du cheval EPONA. Access: motorway A13 Paris - Cabourg, exit number 30 "Cabourg". Railway station "Dives sur mer" 1.5 km. Harbour Ouistreham 15 km. Caen 25 km. Deauville 20 km. Near the landing sites, with its beautiful beach facing Britain and from which William the Conqueror has invaded England. Cabourg is located just 3 hours from Portsmouth (GB) by ferry via Ouistreham.

Appartement facile d'accès car au RdC. Et un petit carré de pelouse en plus. Idéal pour prendre l'air et pour mon petit chien. L'appartement est très bien situé à 100m de la plage. Il est très bien équipé, très propre. Volets roulants électriques. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Un rajeunissement de l'ensemble ne serait pas de trop.

Rien à redire. Petit appartement très bien équipé, bien placé, propre, literie très correcte. Seul petit bémole : l'abattant WC à changer mais c'est pas grave. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement.

De vakantiewoning is slecht onderhouden en aan een frisse opknapbeurt toe. De kasten waren erg smerig en de inhoud ervan (apparaten en pannen etc.) waren al geruime tijd niet meer schoongemaakt. Ook lag er veel rommel in waardoor wij onze spullen niet konden opbergen. Mede hierdoor zijn wij elke dag buitenshuis gaan eten. De zitbank was erg smoezelig. Wij hebben dit niet bij het kantoor in Cabourg gemeld omdat de openingstijden beperkt waren en wij onderweg waren voor dagtochten.

Our local office is open normally from 9 a.m-12 p.m and from 1 - 6 p.m, also by phone all day till 10 p.m including Sundays and bank holidays.

Apparemment bien situé mais avec une déco vieillotte ! Des transats seraient les bienvenus pour se relaxer dans le jardinet. Il n’y a pas de commerce à proximité cela était pourtant mentionné dans le descriptif !

Séjour agréable hors mis l’indélicatesse et le non respect d’autrui des parents néerlandais de l'étage supérieur qui laissaient leur enfant courir dans l'appartement et eux mêmes ne se gênés pas pour faire du bruit:(

Sa situation est le seul avantage. Passons sur la déco année 70 qui serait acceptable si le ménage était fait. Tout est poisseux dans la cuisine. La salle de bain est dégueulasse (accumulation de poids et cheveux dans tous les coins). Bref je ne recommande pas sauf une désinfection globale de l'appartement. L'équipe interhome est sympathique. A voir si les promesses vont suivre...

Die Lage der Wohnung am Stadtrand und die Nähe zum Strand, auch zum Hundestrand waren genial. Es war sehr ruhig dort und man konnte das Meer rauschen hören. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, der kleine Garten war wunderschön zum draußen sitzen, es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Positiv: direkt am Strand von Cap Cabourg, Garten , Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Badewanne, separate Toilette, Bett ist ok. Negativ: Preis Leistung stimmt gar nicht für das Geld müsste es in Richtung Luxus gehen , alte Möbel , vor allem Küche alt und abgeranzt, Badezimmer und Toilette oll und dringend Sanierungsbedürftig. Unsaubere Wohnung, Fenster, Spinnweben. Nee, da hab ich kein Verständnis für. Eine so schöne Wohnung so abzuwohnen. W lan gab es aber kaum Übertragungsrate, kein Streamen

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé, et très bien situé. Le petit jardin est un réel plus, Mais déco très démodée, on est resté en 1970, canapé très très inconfortable!! électricité a revoir entièrement. Point très positifs les animaux sont acceptés ++++
