View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.

Village de Kéraude: Cosy single-family house "Maison Poul", built in 2003. 1 km from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. Private: garden 600 m2 (fenced), parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "d'Auray" 26 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Alignements de Carnac 15 km, La Trinité-sur-Mer 24 km, Carnac Thalasso & Spa Resort, 15 km, Vannes 41 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Quiberon, 7 km.

Location Description Quiberon

Town and climatic health resort with 5'064 inhabitants, in the southern part of the peninsula, 28 km from Auray, 48 km from Vannes, 48 km from Lorient. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Night club, casino, museum, cinema, attractions. Thalassotherapy. Diverse countryside on the peninsula with wild coasts and long beaches.

Die Lage auf Quiberon in Strandnähe mit der Terrasse und dem großen Garten ist einfach nur genial. Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Die Einrichtung ist etwas verwohnt.

Geräumiges Haus, tolle ruhige Lage, direkt am Strand, Pro: Die Lage ist phantastisch Contra: Das Rollo im Bad lag auf dem Boden, war ausgebrochen.\nDas WC im oberen Stockwerk hatte kein Waschbecken.\nEs fehlten Sitzpolster für die Gartenstühle.

The house was clean and with one exception everything worked. The electric kettle was in a dangerous condition and hot water leaked into the kettle base and this could have caused an electric shock. We replaced the kettle at our cost and took the kettle back to the IH office in Quiberon. This is very unusual for Interhome and in 30 years of visiting Interhomes in France Italy and Spain this is only the second time something like this has happened. Difficult to know how this could be prevented.

Die Lage ist einzigartig: tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage, kurzer Weg zum Meer, gute Infrastruktur mit Läden und Kneipen in St. Pierre (ca 1km Fußweg: am Meer entlang sehr schmaler, aber sehr schöner Weg, im Ort gut zu laufen) Eine Grundrenovierung/-Reinigung würde das Haus aufwerten.

l' annonce présente une maison individuelle avec jardin clos et privatif, il n'en est rien, celui ci est partagé avec une autre maison accolée par le garage . Le ménage est très très "light " par contre , la situation en front d'océan est sublime . Quel dommage que cette maison ne soit pas plus entretenue étant donné un superbe potentiel .
