In the centre of Quiberon, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Single garage. Shop 50 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Quiberon" 20 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie de Quiberon" 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km, sailing school 1.5 km, tennis 900 m. Nearby attractions: Casino 1 km, Côte sauvage et Presqu'ile de Quiberon, Belle île en Mer, Houat, Hoedic, Carnac 20 km, Vannes 50 km, Lorient 60 km. Hiking paths: Golfe du Morbihan. We had a nice week in the apartment and decided to stay 2 days more. But your office in Quiberon was vacant the next 2 days, the phone and email unanswered until the last day.  You agreed to prolong our stay only under conditions worse than we had had.  Our attempts to negotiate better or at least the same daily price lead to nothing.We are disappointed with your employees who showed lack of professionalism or interest in your clients, disappointed with your organization and of communications.

Nous avion déjà occupé cet appartement il y a deux ans et nous en étions entièrement satisfaits. Cette année encore, et peut être l'année prochaine si les dates le permettent. Une petite suggestion : Nous apprécions grandement la cafetiere Nespresso, mais un cafetiere toute simple serait aussi la bienvenue.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Einzig der Tiefgaragenplatz ist eine Herausforderung! Sehr eng, für Autos höher als 1,90m und breiter als 2m nicht nutzbar.

The apartment is very modern, very well equipped and very comfortable. It is also close to the main beach and the town’s amenities. One drawback is the narrow underground garage. The walls are too close and turning into the garage is very tight for anybody with an SUV sized car. Impossible for many of them, I would say. Another drawback was the handwritten instructions in French for operating the household appliances. I couldn’t read the handwriting. They would be better understood printed

Appena entrati nell'appartamento ci sia.mo accorti che c'era qualcosa che non andava. In sostanza l'appartamento non era quello prenotato. All'agenzia, a cui ci siamo rivolti per spiegazioni, ci hanno detto che l'appartamento era quello e basta. Non vero: al momento della prenotazione (marzo) sul sito di VRBO c'era una serie di foto relative all'appartamento di fianco e non si menzionava che gli appartamenti erano 2: infatti c'era solo una referenza. Un joli appartement, bien agencé et bien décoré, presque les pieds dans l'eau dans une rue calme. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine avec mes filles. Le confort attendu est là, deux tout petits jardins permettant de profiter du soleil sans vis-à-vis. Equipements pratiques (suffisamment de vaisselle et grand frigo + congélateur). Des places pour se garer dans la rue (ma grosse voiture 9 place n'a pas pu descendre l'allée menant au garage, mais pour une plus petite c'est top...)
