Het is geen appartement maar een studio. Het terrasje is maar half zo groot dan vermeld. Er is nergens plaats om lege koffers op te bergen, dus hebben we ze in de koffer van de auto gelegd. Ook te weinig opbergruimte voor gelijk wat, geen plaats voor kleerhangers... In de douche stroomt het water in de badkamer omdat het scherm niet goed aansluit. De studio is op de 3de verdieping, handig om te weten als je slecht trappen kan doen.

J'ai passé 2 semaines dans ce studio en juillet avec ma fille, il est très agréable, lumineux, vue sur la mer, dans un quartier calme, balcon avec table et chaises pour 2, studio bien équipé. Je recommande. J'aurai mis excellent, si nous avions eu un tapis de bain épais (eau qui coule de la douche sur le sol à chaque utilisation =problème de l'agence signalé et si nous avions eu une chaise en toile pliante un peu plus confortable pour prendre le soleil sur le balcon (sommes venus par le train).

Propre et fonctionnel . Bien situé pour ne pas utiliser la voiture que ce soit pour les courses alimentaires ou le sport, balade. Parking privé très apprécié. De quoi penser y revenir. D autant plus que Quiberon est un endroit qui reste très appréciable par tous les temps, la côte sauvage étant époustouflante tant sous le soleil que la tempête. Un bemol:1 nuit supplémentaire à 75€ est excessif. Prise tout de même pour éviter les embouteillages des retours de Pâques. Un geste commercial à venir?

Appartement fonctionnel à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de la résidence et la vue sur l'océan. Literie très bien. Par contre, propreté de l'appartement moyenne.

très bon appartement avec vue sur la mer . le seul petit soucis , est le parking . Emplacement beaucoup trop serré . A 2 reprises , mon mari a été obligé de rentrer dans la voiture par le côté passager pour se mettre au volant .

L'appartement est très encombré. Il manque clairement d'équipements de base dans la cuisine (ciseaux, planche à découper, couteaux, bouilloire...). Le ménage est également à revoir car beaucoup d'endroits étaient sales à notre arrivée. La tv n'en parlons pas, même si pas beaucoup utilisé. Le lit serait également à changer car il y a un creux au milieu.

Appartement très bien situé tout près de l’embarcadère pour Belle-île et de la côte sauvage. A 10 mn des commerces et du centre ville. De très bons restaurants à 5mn à pied. Idéal pour 2 personnes mais trop petit pour 3. La rue est calme et nous avons pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans problème. La résidence est tranquille et sécurisée. Attention il n’y a pas d’ascenseur!
