Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dosette Dolce Gusto) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 22 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Mendu" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sailing school 4.3 km. Nearby attractions: Alignement mégalithique de Carnac 6 km, Presqu'Ile de Quiberon 15 km, Vannes 30 km, Lorient 40 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Carnac, 2 km.

Location Description Carnac

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Thalassotherapy. Situated on the south west coast of Brittany, Carnac can accommodate up 40 40000 holiday guests in high season. The dunes and Thelasso therapy institutions are main attractions of the resort.

The property itself was very good and we enjoyed staying there. The reason for not giving the top rating was the lack of toilet rolls on arrival and as shops were some distance away this meant another drive, also the lack of bins for rubbish at the property wasn’t communicated, and we had to drive around Carnac to find some municipal bins. It would of been useful to have the location of the municipal bins identified on a map. But apart from those annoyances- Good

L'organisation côté Interhome pour l'accueil des vacanciers est clairement à améliorer : j'ai indiqué à plusieurs reprises venir avec un bébé, on m'a indiqué avoir demandé à ce que notre logement soit fait en 1er par l'équipe de ménage pour y accéder le plus tôt possible le 30/07. Au final, promesse absolument non tenue, clefs récupérées à 17H après plus de 30 minutes de queue sous un soleil de plomb (alors qu'un double des clefs était disponible). Sinon, la location était super, on a adoré !

Maison d'un confort moyen : salle de bain au rdc très étroite, manque d'accessoires tels que tapis de bain, porte savon, torchons. Le garage est condamné et ne permet donc pas d'y garer sa voiture. De même, il nest pas possible de se garer devant le garage (trop peu d'espace). Enfin, et ce qui est dommage en été, la terrasse donne sur une palissade.

Il y a du pour et du contre dans cette location, qui est proche des plages, bien équipée en ustensiles divers, et située dans un endroit très calme. Pour les inconvénients , il faut citer une literie inconfortable ( matelas très durs) , une douche très petite, une cuisinière à bout de souffle ( allumages piézos usés ). Ce sont des inconvénients qui peuvent être corrigés .Pour l'accès aux commerces de trinité, une voiture est requise.

Maison très fonctionnelle offrant de belles possibilités de détente et de promenades. Location de vélos indispensable et recommandée pour de belles visites (Chapelle St Michel, Pointe de Pô, St Colomban, menhirs... ). Accès rapide à la plage très apprécié

Es wäre ein schönes Haus, wenn ordentlich gesäubert und aufgeräumt wird. Nach einem Putzeinsatz war es zu ertragen. Das Haus liegt Ideal für Wanderer, Fahrradfahrer und Autofahrer. Das Haus befindet sich nicht im Centrum des Ortes La Trinité sur mer. es gibt für den Preis auch noch bessere Wohnlagen. Tourismusverband hat 3 Sterne vergeben für die Möblierung. 1 Stern wäre korrekt.

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse avec tout le confort qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La terrasse derrière est parfaite, au calme pour manger et se prélasser sur les transats. Le devant de la maison donne sur un grand champs avec des chevaux. Très sympa comme cadre de vacances.

Villa un peu à l'écart de la foule trinitaine qui garantit le calme. Trois chambres à la bonne literie. Équipement complet. Très appréciable dans une location pour six de trouver une salle de bain, une salle d'eau et deux WC.
