Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 8 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the port. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Thalassotherapy. Situated on the south west coast of Brittany, Carnac can accommodate up 40 40000 holiday guests in high season. The dunes and Thelasso therapy institutions are main attractions of the resort.

Emplacement idéal, ni trop près ni trop loin du centre . Ambiance calme et lumineuse. Point de vue superbe. Agencement très agréable . Équipement complet . Mais il faudrait faire quelques travaux en particulier dans la salle de bains …

Bon appartement, très bien situé mais qui a besoin d'être rajeuni. Moquette ancienne, salle de bains à revoir entièrement, mobilier extérieur défraichi. Dommage car appart très agréable sinon.

l'appartement qui est sur internet, n'est pas l'appartement dans lequel on arrive. Lorsque l'on arrive cela sent la poussière, le ménage n'est pas bien fait, le mobilier de la terrasse est sale, la table est totalement bancale donc on ne peut s'en servir.La moquette est sale, l'appartement à besoin d'un sérieux nettoyage et est à rafraichir totalement.

L’appartement est dans une résidence calme, proche des commerces qui sont accessibles à pieds. Il y a de l’espaces, il est lumineux. Seul bémol, la cuisine et le SDB qui sont vieillottes et sombres. Un rafraîchissement de la SDB serait à prévoir.

Bel appartement, très bien agencé et localisé pour 4 personnes. Mais l'état général est déplorable: moquette au sol jamais nettoyée et l'odeur de poussière vous prend à la gorge, sans parler des tâches au sol. Les canapés sentaient également la poussière et le renfermé. La terrasse est superbe mais les jardinières ne sont remplies que de mauvaises herbes. La salle de bain est a refaire entièrement et elle est malsaine (éléments rouillés, murs couverts de liège). Très déçus du séjour.

L'appartement Plein sud est très bien situé, face à la mer avec une terrasse particulièrement bien située. L'équipement global de l'appartement est au top, le lave-linge, le sèche-linge, le lave vaisselle sont tous en Bosh. L'appartement mériterait toutefois un vrai rafraîchissement, la moquette et les peintures sont plus tout à fait de la première fraîcheur, ce serait plus efficace de rénover que de "photoshoper" les photos présentées sur le site.
