Location Description Carnac

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Thalassotherapy. Situated on the south west coast of Brittany, Carnac can accommodate up 40 40000 holiday guests in high season. The dunes and Thelasso therapy institutions are main attractions of the resort.

Maison très spacieuse, très confortable. Très grand jardin, parfaitement clôturé (idéal pour petits enfants et animaux de compagnie). Quelques petites améliorations et finitions peuvent encore être apportées mais très bien dans son ensemble.

What a great property. Plenty of space, all the facilities & equipment we needed, good kitchen, fantastic large enclosed garden. Easy walk to wonderful beach & only 15 minute into beautiful Carnac. Only a few minor niggles but definitely no complaints.

Wir haben das Haus in einem ungepflegten und heruntergekommenen Zustand vorgefunden und können dieses Ferienhaus auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen! Die im Mietpreis enthaltene Garage war nicht nutzbar, da sie als eine Art Rumpelkammer diente. Der Router war abgeschaltet und war erst ab Dienstag nutzbar. Wir fanden eine komplett verrostete und nicht abschließbare Gartentür vor. Der Bezug vom Sofa war total verschmutzt, Kissen zerrissen, Toilettensitz fehlte, Putz hing v.d. Decke, teilw. alte Möbel.

Situation et taille du terrain : très bien. L’intérieur est en revanche décevant : salon, salle à manger et cuisine sont ok. En revanche l’aménagement et la décoration des autres pièces (notamment les chambres) ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé: 4000€/semaine. Seules 2 chambres sur les 5 sont avec lit double. Les autres sont avec 2 lits de 90 ! Il manquait 1 lunette sur les wc! Les tables de nuit valent 10€ les 2 chez Conforama. 1 partie de la vaisselle est en plastique et pas de torchon

Grande maison spacieuse, grand jardin , manque d'entretien: peinture, douche extérieure , peu de meubles dans les chambres, lampes et eclairage défaillant, meuble cassé non renouvelé, garage non rangé, pas néttoyé , electroménager médiocre , parasol cassé; ménage insuffisant: containeur poubelle, four, terrasse, garage . Dommage, belle maison, confortable necessitant un peu plus d'entretien.

Excellente situation et belle maison avec un beau jardin …MAIS des détails embêtants : pas d’abattant de WC dans la salle de bains de la suite parentale, un seul transat pour une maison de 10 personnes, pas de parasol , barbecue en fin de vie… Propreté du frigidaire douteuse , ménage général bâclé. C’est dommage et surprenant à ce niveau de prix. A améliorer (facilement)
