Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the garden and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Location Description Carnac

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Thalassotherapy. Situated on the south west coast of Brittany, Carnac can accommodate up 40 40000 holiday guests in high season. The dunes and Thelasso therapy institutions are main attractions of the resort.

Très bon emplacement. Pas de place de parking privé (l été il doit être difficile de trouver une place) Odeur de renfermé qui imprègne les vêtements, draps... Etat propre et fonctionnel Refaire l électricité qui n est sans doute plus aux normes de sécurité requises

Das Haus gehört dringend saniert, überall Dreck, Staub, Schimmel, die Tapeten lösen sich, es riecht stark nach Schimmel feuchtem Keller. Haben das Haus so schnell wie möglich geräumt

Très bon emplacement proche plage - Parking payant 7 j /7 non précisé sur annonce €€ - Lave vaisselle défectueux - prise cuisine non fixée - Pas de suivi dans les placards cuisine : produits présents avec dates dépassées depuis 2021 - Placard sous évier comportant des produits aussi bien d'entretien qu'alimentaires !!

Zum Positiven: das Haus liegt knapp fünf Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Geschäfte sind gut zu erreichen. Für Reisen mit Hund ist das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück von Vorteil. Die räumlich Aufteilung ist klasse. Zum Negativen: Wohnung wurde in einem erbarmungswürdigen Zustand übergeben. Wozu der Vormieter eine Endreinigung bezahlt hat, ist mir schleierhaft! Teilweise extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Waschmaschine defekt, Staub sogar in (!) den Schränken.
