Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 30 m2, south facing position, garden 250 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location Description Carnac

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. Das Haus ist im Grunde nett, die Einrichtung ist schön. Leider ist vieles ziemlich verdreckt (Küche, Bad, Fenster, Terrasse). Die Sofas sind reichlich durchgesessen. Pluspunkte: das Bett und der Kühlschrank. Von einer Kundenbetreuung war nichts zu sehen, dafür per Mail eine 2-seitige to-do-Liste und als Willkommens-Geschenk ein Putzlappen-Set...

Goed gelegen vakantiehuis, ongeveer 20 min. wandelen van het strand en het stadscentrum. De inrichting en uitrusting komen overeen met de beschrijving. De tweede badkamer is niet echt bruikbaar als badkamer. Het is meer een tweede toilet met daarbij nog een douche in dezelfde ruimte. De netheid liet echter veel te wensen over. De ramen waren gewoon zeer vuil en alles was slechts zeer oppervlakkig gekuist.

Das Haus ist recht abgelegen in einer Siedlung aus Ferienhäusern. Alle interessanten Ziele (Strand St. Colomban, Carnac, Carnac Plage…) liegen ca. 1,2 - 1,8 km entfernt. Kann man laufen, es sind aber keine schönen Wege sondern Straße. Die Ausstattung ist wie angegeben, aber manche Dinge sind speziell: ein Teil der Küche (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle) befindet sich z.B. in der Garage! Mit Tür von der Küche. Der Wohnraum hat 3 Sofas, 3 Schlafzimmer sind oben gelegen u. schön eingerichtet.

Loved it! In a good location and near a brilliant bakery for morning croissant runs. Other homes we looked at did not have a comfy seating area to read in but this had 3 sofas. Good kitchen, well provided, spotlessly clean, good beds. Also very good value as cleaning was included and enough space for 5.

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle, jardin agréable. Literie très confortable.Il ne manque rien. Manque rampe en haut de l’escalier pour des personnes peu à l’aise dans un escalier. Bémol: avons passé beaucoup de temps à nettoyer le barbecue à gaz non entretenu. Il y a 1 salle de bain à l’étage, au RDC il s’agit d’une douche, d’un lave main et d’un WC.Micro onde, lave linge, sèche linge ,réfrigérateur et four sont dans le garage en accès direct par la pièce principale.

- netheid kon beter (vette kookplaten, vingerafdrukken op terrasraam, veel stof in de badkamerkastjes, beschimmelde douchemat, heel vuile bbq) - er waren enkel pannen en geen kookpotten. Die heeft Interhome dan gebracht - 2 chauffages in de woonkamer werkten niet - 4 verschillende terrasstoelen - tip : voor de veiligheid sensor lamp boven in de gang ivm steile trap Al deze opmerkingen hebben we ook ter plaatse doorgegeven

L'annonce indique 2 SDB. Il n'y en a qu'une. Au rdc, il s'agit d'une douche et d'un lave mains. Compliqué pour 2 couples La descente d'escalier est périlleuse au départ car sans rampe ! Escalier gênant au milieu de la pièce Je suis donc déçue car j'ai pensé louer une maison avec 2 salles de bain en voyant votre annonce
