Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large garden. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: smoke alarm.

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. Une belle maison, un beau jardin, mais des détails décevants (lavabos et douches bouchés, la moitié des ampoules HS, carreaux sales, piles alarme incendie défectueuse qui fait sonner l’alarme, une poignée de chambre démontée et jamais remontée malgré notre demande) et des nuées de mouches qui empêchent l’ouverture des fenêtres, douches sans lumière. Pour les nez sensibles, ferme juste en face. Malgré tout la maison a du charme et nous y avons passé un bon séjour au calme.

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Nous avons remplacé les ampoules, débouché les douches ainsi que les lavabos, et nettoyé les carreaux. Les alarmes à incendie seront prochainement vérifiées et nous sommes navrés pour ces désagréments. Schönes Grundstück, gute und ruhige Lage, Möbel und Böden sehr verstaubt, allgemein unhygienischer Zustand, Schimmel in den Küchenschränken mit ekligen Geruch

Das Haus hat in der oberen Etage nur schräge Decken, es ist also eigentlich eingeschössig mit Dachstuhl. Dadurch sind die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss alle recht klein. Die Bäder (alle im OG) haben recht kleine oder keine Fenster und gerade bei Mehrbenutzung ergibt das eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, die dann lange braucht um sich zu normalisieren. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, ein riesiger Garten, schöne Terasse und im Erdgeschoss ist ein großer Wohn- / Essbereich. Der Fernseher im EG ist winzig

Idéal pour se reposer ,50 mètres de la mer ,plage de "cailloux", bronzage Ok !,bain pas top ! . Très grand et beau terrain Début du Gr 34 à 50m ,attention ce coté de la cote est ostréicole . En face une ferme avec des vaches ,on sent bien la "nature" avec certains vents, nez sensible se méfier Les petits hics , c'est pas la cata ,mais! Belles assiettes de bonne facture mais pas pour le micro-ondes Chambre au 1er pas de rideaux ni volets Plaques en béton cassés-jardin Un vrai four - cuisine

Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat eine Toplage. Wunderschöner Garten. Hat alles der Beschreibung zugetroffen. Wäre schön, wenn das Haus auch in Zeiten des Leerstandes während der Wintermonate beheizt und gelüftet würde. Daher als Gesamtwertung nur gut.

Très bonne location, bien, équipée et spacieuse. Bien située au calme et non de la mer. Seule difficulté : pas évident à trouver quand on vient la première fois.
