Location Description Carnac

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Thalassotherapy. Situated on the south west coast of Brittany, Carnac can accommodate up 40 40000 holiday guests in high season. The dunes and Thelasso therapy institutions are main attractions of the resort.

Nous avons eu des problèmes de ballon d'eau chaude sa disjonctait , il y avait une casserole qui était toute noir a l'intérieur et l'électricité n'est pas au norme (ancien fusible prise murale sans protection enfant ) . WC très petit ,on a aussi un volet roulant dans une chambre qui ne voulait pas se fermer quant au autres grand volets ils sont très dur a ouvrir . Et faire attention au enfant avec l'escalier pour aller au salon ..

La mise au norme de l’électricité est à revoir!!!malgré un ballon d’eau chaude neuf, celui-ci n’a pas fonctionné pendant la moitié du séjour !! Un volet est dysfonctionnant. Cet appartement aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement et d’une mise au norme électrique certaine!!!

L'appartement est agréable même si la chambre des parents et le coin pour cuisiner sont assez petits. Le salon à l'étage et la grande pièce en bas sont grands et confortables. L'appartement a été rafraichi (peinture), il reste qqs petits détails à refaire mais l'ensemble est bien et lumineux. Il est bien situé, 300m à pieds du supermarché et des plages (3 au choix). 1.5km à pieds du centre de Carnac plage. Un grand marché à Carnac bourg et plein de mégalithes à admirer! Très bon séjour !

peu de prise de courant , des fils electriques le long des murs pour alimenter la cuisine et l'etage, pas d'internet et tres mauvaise couverture reseau. Un espace salon sympa mais un canape taché pas d'ouverture dans la sdb et les wc, 2 pieces tres exigue le moteur de la ventilation qui tourne en permanance juste au dessus de la chambre avec lits doubles Bien pour des vacances courtes

appart petit pour 4 personnes le salon a l'étage????? avec escalier bois trop pentu pour des personnes agés chambre 1 beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup trop petite la planche au-dessus du lit???? on parle pas des WC ATROCE SdB pas de lumiére 1 ampoule de 4w pour éclairer cette piéce et enfin signalé a l'agence ( le jour de l'AR ) la fermeture de baie impossible a fermer de l'intérieur

C'est une location géniale pour un couple avec 2 enfants, proche mer et supermarché, literies correctes mais dans la chambre des parents il y a une petite étagère qui n'a pas sa place à coté du lit et c'est très dangereux.

Chambres et salle de bain un peu petites, mais le coin salon à l’étage avec canapé et grande télévision a été très apprécié. Accès internet un peu laborieux malgré la Box. Excellent service de l’agence. Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour en famille.
