Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

Cette belle maison confortable quelque soit le temps nous a accueilli une fois de plus. Nous avons retrouvé tout le charme, le confort et l’équipement qui a permis à chaque membre de la famille de vivre à son rythme et à celui de la mer, voisine directe et omniprésente . Strandnähe und Größe es Hauses machen die Unterkunft zu etwas Besonderem. Valerie und insbe- sondere D., Mitarbeiterinnen der Agentur in Mimizan, haben uns bei zwei großen Problemen sehr gut geholfen (keine deutschen TV-Kanäle, Stromausfall). Beide sind für uns Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen des Jahres! Wir danken auch dem Beitzer, Herrn G., der sehr schnell vor Ort erschien und die Satelliten- schüssel reparieren lließ. ließ

Sehr geräumig, große Doppelgarage im Keller. Im ersten Stock ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, große Küche, gut ausgestattet mit Blick auf die Dünen und ein bisschen Meer sieht man auch. Die Terasse schaut zur Südseite auf die Nachbarhäuser. Insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad. Von einem Schlafzimmer sieht man das Meer und den Strand. Haus ist ausreichend geräumig für 6 Personen.

Wir hatten zwei Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine traumhafte Lage.

Nachdem wir 2022 mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden gewesen waren, gab es diesesmal leider mehrere Mämgel. Der Motor der Garagen- tore war defekt und musste mit einer Handkurbel bewegt werden. Ein Rolltor sprang aus der Schiene. Im Wohnzimmer ließ sich ein Roll- laden nicht schließen. Handwerker konnten den kaputten Motor bis zu unserer Abreise noch nicht reparieren. Die Spülmaschine war zuerst nicht möglich. Erst durch einen Zufall gelang der Start.

Alles in allem ein sehr gute Unterkunft in guter Lage (Frühjahr). Ab und zu riecht es nach Kohlrabi, ergen einer Papierfabrik in der Nähe.

Das Haus ist für 2 Personen sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. In der großen Garage war unser Auto gut geschützt (Hitze!). Leider war die Waschmaschine ein sehr altes Modell und sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben dieses Haus schon vorab für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.

Das Haus ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen kann man sich sehr gut aufhalten. Alles war sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Highly unusual for us to go back to the same place, let alone the same house twice, however this is the second time we’ve stayed at Villa Marine. For a family of 5 it’s the perfect beach house; great location with the beach immediately across the road, close enough to the town centre to walk in and get ice creams etc for the children yet far enough away to be relatively quiet. The house it’s self is really well set up for a beach house, 3 bathrooms, great communal spaces.

Sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus in 1a - Lage, unmittelbar am Südstrand des für seine Strände zurecht gerühmten Badeortes Mimizan-Plage. Das „Zentrum“ des Ortes mit Geschäften und zahlreichen gastronomischen Betrieben ist fussläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einige Lokale. Durch die Raumaufteilung nicht nur gut für Familien mit größeren Kindern geeignet, sondern auch für Freundesgruppen. Hunde sind gestattet und fühlen sich wohl.

Das Haus bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter genügend Platz für Erholung pur. Die Lage direkt am Strand machen es zur idealen Basis. Die Geruchsemissionen der Papierfabrik sind etwas störend, treten aber nur bei Wind vom Land auf.
