Location Description Mimizan

Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

Das Objekt liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Mit kurzem Weg zum Courant, Strand, in die Stadt und dem Supermarkt ist man schnell überall. Dennoch liegt es ruhig gelegen abseits von befahrenen Straßen oder Trubel in der Stadt. Der Blick auf den Courant ist sehr schön. Leider ist die Ausstattung in der Küche nicht so toll, daher nehmen wir oft eigenes Equipment mit und daher nur 4 statt 5 Sterne. Wir lieben es und kommen seit vielen Jahren.

Very nice house with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big gardens. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are ok but mattresses and duvets can be better.

Cafetière; interieur moisi lave vaisselle dont nous ne sommes pas servi plein de déchets alimentaire lampes grillées non changées alarme qui hurlait à notre arrivée alors que nous avons croisé le personnel de ménage qui aurait pu changer les piles barbecue lourd trop pres de la haie non entretenue dont nous n'avons pu nous servir sans risque de mettre le feu J'ai averti la jeune personne en rendant les clés qui n'a pas semblé intéressée ,j'ai des photos si vous vous l'êtes.

A deux pas à pied des plages nord et sud ainsi que du centre-ville, jolie petite maison très confort composée de trois chambres, un salon cuisine et deux salles d'eau. Parfait pour un séjour a mimizan plage. un peu vieillot peut etre, mais ce n'est qu'une question de goût. La maison est dans un quartier calme, et dispose d'une place de parking privée. Parfait pour de longues ballades le soir. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
