WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Partial of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 10 (roofed, 1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Location Description Mimizan

Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

Nicht sauber, kein Platz in der Küche, vollkommen verdreckter Staubsauger, durchgelegene Matratzen, Wasserabfluss in der Dusche schlecht, heruntergekommener Allgemeinzustand, mit ein paar modern wirkenden Aspekten. Interhome hat uns EUR 93 für die nicht erfolgte Vor-Reinigung angeboten (die wir bezahlt hatten), aber bis dato nichts für den Aufwand den wir mit der Reinigung des Appartements hatten und für den ganzen Ärger. Die Lage ist toll, mit Sicht auf den Pool & mitten in der Fußgängerzone.

Leider war das Appartement nicht sauber. Es war sehr (!) staubig, das Waschbecken ungeputzt, benutzte Papiertücher lagen im Bad in einem Glasbehälter, die Bettwäsche war nicht gründlich gewaschen (gelblich verfärbt), der Staubsauger war so voll, dass er kaum noch Dreck aufsaugen konnte, defekte Mehrfachsteckdose am WLAN-Schalter, die Küchenutensilien klebten aufgrund von eingestaubten Fettschichten. Schade! Die Wohnung an sich war sonst sehr schön, geräumig und vor allem sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral zum traumhaften Strand aber auch zur belebten Fußgängerzone gelegen. Ein großer Vorteil! Parken kann man in der Tiefgarage direkt unter dem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Haus. Der Vorteil der zentralen Lage macht die Wohnung leider nachts, bis ca. 2.00 Uhr, auch etwas laut, was das Schlafen beeinträchtigen kann. Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind, hatten einen super Strandurlaub. Gerne wieder mit Interhome, die alles perfekt organisiert haben. Danke an das Team!
