Location Description Mimizan

Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

Positiv: Hervorragender Meerblick, kurze Wege zum Strand, gut ausgestattete Küche, ideale Lage um ohne Auto Besorgungen zu machen, ins Restaurant zu gehen. Negativ: Wer es mag, Matratze im Ehebett „bretthart“, jeden Tag ab Mitternacht Musik aus der Disko, bis in die Morgenstunden, inkl. grölende Jugendliche auf dem Heimweg, Tisch auf dem Balkon könnte, um dort gut Essen zu können größer sein. Fahrstuhl wird wohl nie wieder in Betrieb genommen.

Un très agréable séjour dans ce logement rénové avec goût. Simple et lumineux, il est très bien équipé (électroménagèr, vaisselles, canapé confortable, lit 160, ...) bénéficie d une superbe vue sur l'océan et sur le coucher de soleil. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et équipées de rangements pratiques. On pose la voiture et on profite à pied et à vélo. Place de parking privée (non abritée mais plein centre, portail électrique) et box pour vélos ou surfs ... réservé à l'appartement.

Charmant appartement bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut. L'agence avait tout préparée et l'appartement était propre. La vue est magnifique et les couchers de soleil splendide. Un place de parking est prévue, et vous permets de laisser la voiture et de vous déplace a pied depuis l'appartement qui est idéalement situé. Juste un petit bémol, la porte d'entrée de l'appartement est pleine de point de rouille a l'extérieur et l'on regrette (pour les valises) que l'ascenseur soit non fonctionnel.

This apartment is right on the beach do the location was great. Only issue for future bookers is that the lift does not work and looks like it has not worked for a long time and this apartment is on the second floor

On peut tout faire à pied et profiter de la vue sur l'océan. Top! Idéal pour 3. Les apparts ne sont pas bien insonorisés et on entend fort ce qui se passe dehors. Pour le ménage, c'est le minimum qui est réalisé, pour qu'au 1er abord, ça paraisse propre. A améliorer...Et oui, les placards des chambres et de la cuisine, ça se nettoie aussi! Le réservoir de l'aspirateur peut se vider... Une latte du petit lit manque. Les éléments métalliques rouillés sont à changer (poubelle SDB, planche WC).

Vue splendide sur l'océan et ses marées Coucher de soleil...champagne!!! Idéal pour les amoureux... Plage la plus proche à 3mn en tongs Des km de plages presque désertes les petites boutiques à prix abordables (coup de coeur "onglerie Agnès" et le resto "Le bistrot") l'appart tres spacieux et bien équipé et bien sûr l'accueil très sympathique de l'équipe Interhome!
