Location Description Mimizan

Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

Nous avons adoré ces 2 semaines dans cette appartement. Le gros point positif était le grand balcon avec vue sur l'océan ! Nous y étions pendant le feu d'artifice du 14 juillet et nous avons pu l'admirer depuis le balcon. Les repas pris sur le balcon avec la vue splendide sur l'océan était à chaque fois un pur bonheur. Le seul petit bémol est que le matelas du lit 2 pièces n'était pas top... Le changer ne serait pas une option. Sinon, rien à dire pour le reste.

Wir waren schon einige Male in der Wohnung. Man sollte keine hohen Ansprüche haben, da das Mobiliar tatsächlich schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber wir halten uns eh, wenn wir nicht unterwegs sind, auf dem Balkon auf, der einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer bietet. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas klein und das Bett bzw. die Matratze könnte etwas hochwertiger sein. Da wir nur zu zweit sind, haben wir ausreichend Platz.

Zuerst das positive: Der Check in lief problemlos und auch die Sicht aus dem Balkon war traumhaft schön direkt aufs Meer. Das war es aber ansonsten auch schon. Das Appartement selbst ist nicht zu empfehlen. Alles sehr alt und teilweise unangenehm riechend. Das Bett war ein Klappbett mit ungemütlicher Matratze und auch sonst war das Appartement sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Man hätte so viel mehr drau machen können aus der Lage. Zusätzliche Kosten für Handtücher und WLAN zu verlangen war auch frech

Schlechte, viel zu kleine Betten, Kühlschrank zu klein, wackelt und steht schief. Gefrierfach komplett zugefroren. Das Sofa wurde ausgetauscht gegen 2 unbequeme Hocker. Die tolle Aussicht und der super Strand entschädigen dafür.

Ménage ni fait ni à faire. Mobilier hors d'âge. Literie chambre et canapé du salon inconfortables au possible. Equipement de la terrasse tout juste passable (store banne et parasol HS). Reste la vue sur l'océan qui ne fait pas oublier le reste. Attention, de fait, côté océan l'appartement est au 1er étage (2ème du côté parking) donc compte tenu du passage peu d'intimité sur la terrasse. Bref : médiocre. PS : il y a bien un local vélos contrairement à l' information Interhome.

Le logement est idéalement situé. Il comporte l’essentiel. Le canapé et le lit mériteraient néanmoins d’être changés. Notre point noir ne vient pas de la location mais du bruit toute la nuit provenant des groupes de jeunes agglutinés sur les places devant les fenêtres. La lumière de la ville reste allumée toute la nuit.
