Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (filtre) extra, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only DE. Smoke alarm. Separate entrance, accessible by an external staircase.

Location Description Mimizan

Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

-Traumhafte Lage -Direkt zwei Zugänge zum Strand -Fantastische Sonnenuntergänge im -Wohnzimmer zu sehen. -Sehr schöne und großzügige Unterkunft Alles vorhanden Perfekt!

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf Meer unbezahlbar. Alles ist in kürze ohne Auto erreichbar. Ein Traum für Sonnenuntergang Liebhaber. Immer wieder lese ich über die berühmte Papierfabrik und ihrem unangenehmen Geschmack, bin nun schon das zweite mal in Mimizan Plage und es riecht überhaupt nicht! Im Gegenteil sie bemühen sich sehr, dass Städtchen so wie der Strand ist sauber und sehr gepflegt

L'appartement étant aménagé dans les combles d'une maison, la vue directe sur la mer n'est pas cachée par la dune ce qui est le cas pour la majeure partie des locations juste à côté. Idéal pour se reposer au calme avec un Leclerc sur Mimizan plage à 5 mn à pied. L'appartement mériterait quelques rénovations mais sa situation géographique fait que je le recommande.

Die schönste Wohnung, die wir bis jetzt hattenDirk W.

Die Wohung befindet sich direkt an der Straße hinter der Düne zum Strand. Auf dem Balkon, konnte man die Sonnenaufgänge genießen, und beim Frühstücken über den Ort schauen. Am Abend sah man am Panoramafenster die Sonnenuntergänge. Die Einrichtung, war in einem guten Zustand, gepflegt und funkionabel. In den Betten sind bequeme Matratzen, extra Decken und Kopfkissen sind vorhanden. Ein modernes Induktionfeld, und ein Backofen mit incudierter Mikrowelle und Grill findet sich in der Küche

Alles, angefangen mit der Lage, der Aussicht (morgens Sonnenaufgänge auf dem Balkon, am Abend am Panoramafenster den Sonnenuntergang), die ruhige Lage und der kurze Weg zum Strand. Die Einrichtung ist funktionabel, einfach und sehr gepflegt. In der Küche befinden sich moderne Küchengeräte, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen mit integriertem Grill und Mikrowelle.

Panoramaschiebetüren zum Meer waren wirklich toll. Ansonsten wie auf einem Dachboden. Mobiliar sehr alt und abgewetzt. Geschirr in einem Wohnzimmerschrank der 60.-ziger Jahre. Dusche zwar neu, aber von der Gesamtfläche von ca 4 mxm war die Dusche selbst mit 0,80x0,80 m noch abzusetzen. Die Duschtür ließ sich nur ca. 70 cm öffnen, da davor ein Bidet (wozu?) verbaut. Antennenkabel rausgerissen, Reciever tot ,Fernseher unbrauchbar. Waschmaschine nur in gebückter Haltung unter Dach zugänglich.

Gesamte Wohnung genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Vom Wohnzimmer-Esstisch schaut man beim Kaffeetrinken auf die Dünen und aufs Meer. Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider ging aber WIFI und der Toaster nicht, dass sind aber nur Abzüge in der B-Note.
