Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). View of the forest. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Le Belon 2.5 km from the centre of Mézos, 5.5 km from the centre of Saint Julien en Born, 10 km from the centre of Contis Plage, in a quiet position, 10 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 800 m2 with trees, swimming pool heated (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Gare de Saint Julien en Born" 4 km, sandy beach "Contis Plage" 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Mezos

Village with 850 inhabitants, 16 km south from Mimizan, 36 km from Biscarosse, 40 km from Vieux Boucau les bains. To visit: large pine forest.
