Residence "Domaine Aïga", 2 storeys, built in 2020, surrounded by trees. 2 km from the centre of Hossegor, in a quiet position in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea, 50 m from the lake, 1.5 km from the beach. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Les Estagnots" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: lac d'Hossegor 50 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Hossegor

Very invigorating station, situated in the middle of an emerald forest. You will be enchanted by it's architectural style. Infinite source of pleasure thanks to it's marine lake.*Possible to hire push chairs, cots, booster seats (extra, according to availability, to request at the time of booking) at the Interhome office. Famous, busy climatic health resort and bathing resort with 3'400 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 1 km from Capbreton, 5 km from Seignosse, 33 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema.

Sandy beach. Bathing lake. Outdoor swimming pool. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis, golf course 18 hole, more golfcourses within a radius from 5 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire.

Wir waren als Familie (5Pers) vor Ort und habe den See und das Meer genossen. Fußläufig, per Rad und mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen vollständig ausgestattet.  Der Stellplatz befindet sich in der Tiefgarage (max 2m)!  Gerne wieder M.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, ist ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum, an den See und ans Meer. Die Terrasse liegt meist im Schatten, daher konnten wir immer auf der Terrasse essen. Der Stellplatz ist ein TG-Stellplatz, leider nur 210cm Einfahrtshöhe. Also nicht mit Dachbox. Gruß aus Ka

Tres belle residence idéalement placé à 50 metres du lac. l’appartement est très bien: neuf, confortable et bien aménagé. En revanche il n’a jamais de soleil, et donc très sombre et peut être froid, sans possibilité d’avoir accès au reglage de temperature idem dans la salle de bain.

Der Gebäudekomplex ist im baskischen Stil gehalten in gepflegter Anlage. Sehr,sehr schöne Lage: zum Seeufer mit Pinienbestand sind es knapp 20 Meter. Einige nette Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Komfort in der Wohnung müsste ergänzt werden durch eine rutschfeste Matte im Badezimmerund unbedingt neue hübsche Sitzkissen für alle Stühle. Die Küchenausstattung ist einfach sehr unvollständig.

Bel appartement dans résidence récente. Le domaine Aïga est bien situé, au calme et à 50 m du lac d'Hossegor. Meublé avec soin. Seul bémol, cet appartement est à l'ombre, au nord, du moins en Juin et de ce fait assez froid. Pas de fauteuils de relaxation pour la terrasse qui permettraient de prendre un peu de soleil sur le carré de verdure.
