WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. For your information: Several houses are under construction right next to the rental. EXCEPT summer school holiday period. You can contact the Dinard agency for more details.

Historical bathing resort from Dinard with 10'711 inhabitants, 11 km west from Saint Malo, 72 km north from Rennes, 67 km north-east from Saint Brieuc. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. We really enjoyed our stay in this remarkable house. The location is amazing and we had everything we needed. It is a house full of character and rather quirky in some aspects but a fantastic size - and the view from the dining room is simply amazing.

La maison bénéfice d’un excellent emplacement et a dû être belle … autrefois. Aujourd’hui elle est impropre à la location car sale et délabrée : mobilier usé voire cassé, équipements électriques défaillants, literie très douteuse sur le plan de la propreté, sanitaires hors d’âge, présence de tout un bric à brac d’objets rouillés, cassés et sales dans les placards et les commodes. L’état de cette maison n’a pas été vérifié (clés remises pour un portillon d’entrée inutilisable depuis longtemps…).

Excellent emplacement,villa charmante mais -jardin non utilisable car non entretenu -meubles de cuisine en hauteur de propreté douteuse -fauteuils de la grande chambre dégoutants et oreillers douteux dans cette même chambre -petite chambre avec lits 1 place non nettoyée -lave linge rouillé au fond d'un sous sol encombré -nombreuses chaines de télévision françaises classiques gratuites non accessibles -portail électrique en panne donc prestations non en rapport avec le prix demandé

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern gebucht. Sie hat unseren Erwartungen sehr entsprochen. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit einer großen Küche und einer wunderbaren Terrasse und viel Platz für alle Beteiligten. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht ist wunderschön.

Das Haus liegt traumhaft, ist stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch können wir die kritischen Kommentare zu mangelnder Sauberkeit und schlechtem Zustand der Zimmer und Sanitär nur bestätigen.

Das Haus hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, sehr schön gelegen, schöne Räume, sehr gut eingerichtete, große Küche , Terrasse und Garten sind sehr einladend. weniger gefallen hat uns das Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer, Matratze ist dringend erneuerungsbedürftig, ebenso die Dusche, die nicht zu fixieren war.Lästig war auch der Ausfall vieler Glühbirnen. Als ärgerlich empfanden wir die Abfallentsorgung, 2x wöchentlich stinkende Abfalltüten durch die Stadt zu transportieren- ist das wirklich nötig????

Pour être précis, nous dirions plutôt "bien" comme qualification intermédiaire entre "moyen" et "très bien". La maison est vaste, le panorama sur l'estuaire de la Rance et les remparts de Saint Malo est beau ; terrasse et jardin agréable. Quartier calme. Prix élevé pour l'ensemble des prestations.

Très bon emplacement et vue exceptionnelle Malheureusement la villa n’était pas propre. Micro-ondes, four, vaisselle, lavabo, les toilettes étaient sales. Table de salle à manger sale Nous avons fait le ménage pendant 3 heures avant de s’y installer. Nous avons sorti la vaisselle nécessaire pour la laver et mis sur des papiers sopalin pour ne pas toucher aux placard.
