Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Very beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

3ème fois pour nous dans cette demeure majestueuse ! La vue est inénarrable… C’est, pour nous, la plus belle vue du monde ! Direct sur St-Malo… et en prime… les dauphins !!!

Die Küche mit Utensilien könnten mal erneuert werden. Die Schlafcouch sollte durch ein Doppelbett ersetzt werden. Ansonsten gut eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist genial. Fenster sollten auch mal wieder geputzt werden.

altes Haus in guter Lage Pro: Die Lage und Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. Tolle Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten. Contra: Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war eine Katastrophe.\n- alte zusammengewürfelte Möbel\n- die 2 alten Schränke konnten für die Unterbringung der eigenen Sachen nicht benutzt werde (waren mit Kissen oder Reinigungsgeräte belegt (haben aus dem Koffer gelebt) !\n- Fernseher hatte kein Signal und konnte nicht benutzt werde\n- Fenster waren zugig hatte einen Sprung. Eine vergilbte halbhohe Plexiglasscheibe sollte wohl dem Schutz dienen\n- Besteck stammte aus den 50-er Jahren und war aus Aluminium \n- bei Pfanne und Töpfen haben wir von einer Benutzung abgesehen (waren unsauber)\n- Toaster war beschädigt\nZusammen gefasst, fühlten wir uns in diesem Zimmer sehr unwohl (unsere Anfrage nach einer anderen Unterkunft im Office Intertouristik war nicht möglich.\nWie solch eine Unterkunft in diesem Zustand überhaupt vermietet wird ist uns ein Rätsel.\nMan könnte wenigsten mal in der Ausstattung etwas investieren.\nWir werden dort keinen Aufenthalt mehr buchen.\n\n

Interhome ne doit jamais accepter une location en cet état. Il faut exiger un minimum du propriétaire. "Local" cuisine inadmissible, obligation d'acheter des verres corrects, impossibilité de ranger quoique ce soit (café, sucre..) car rien de prévu. Frigo mini. Cabine de douche trop petite avec tige crochet au plafond rouillée donc dangereuse. Installation électrique discutable et ameublement ne permettant pas de ranger le linge. Armoire contenant de vieilles couvertures et autres...

Très bon séjour atypique dans cette demeure Fabuleuse avec cette vue sur Saint Malo exceptionnelle, nous avons même eu la chance de voir des dauphins. Très bon emplacement, parking privé dans le parc du château.

Localisation parfaite dans une très belle villa/manoir dans le style ancien, entouré de la mer et près de la plages ainsi que du centre ville. Vue parfaite sur St malo depuis les deux fenêtres de l'appartement.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce logement et reviendrai volontiers. Un bémol : il faudrait équiper la cuisine d'une rallonge électrique et d'une multiprise afin de pouvoir brancher le microonde et la cafetière sans les déplacer. Leur fil est trop court pour atteindre la prise. Pour moi ce fut un détail car cela n'a pas entaché le plaisir que j'ai eu à loger dans ce vaste studio.

Très bien grâce à la situation et au charme de la maison mais l'aménagement de la cuisine et de la salle d'eau est très succinct. Beau séjour quand même.
