Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift.

Historical bathing resort from Dinard with 10'711 inhabitants, 11 km west from Saint Malo, 72 km north from Rennes, 67 km north-east from Saint Brieuc. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Billets pour l'Aquarium de Saint Malo, et le Bus de Mer Dinard/Saint Malo, en vente à l'agence Interhome, Cultural events Dinard Film Festival, Dinard Comedy Festival, Jumping Internationnal CSI 5*. Access: railway station "SNCF SAINT MALO" 12 km. Harbour Dinard.

Positiv hervorzuheben war die zentrale Lage des Appartements. Nachteilig zu Bewerten (auch in Zukunft) bleibt die Parkplatzsituation wenn mann mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug anreist. Der einzige naheligende kostenfreie Parkplatz wurde während unseres Aufentaltes geändert. In Zunkunft muss dieser auch bezahlt werden.

Location ne correspondant pas à notre attente. Pas de suivi clientèle en cas de problème. Canapé totalement inconfortable, fauteuils tachés, pas de lumière dans la cuisine, il manque des lampes de chevet dans le séjour ainsi que dans la chambre. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle certes, mais plutôt vieillotte et pour les toilettes il faut tirer la chasse d'eau plusieurs fois Pour finir tout est en option et payant (wifi, serviettes, torchons) caution demandée mais pour qu'elles prestations ?

Appartement très clair et joliment décoré. Chambre avec bonne literie. Un bémol : manque une table de chevet et sa lampe en plus de plafonnier. Pièce principale confortable. Elle donne sur la place du marché bruyante car musique toute la journée. Cuisine et SdB bien. Appart situé en plein centre, tout à pieds, à 2 pas des halles, stationnement gratuit possible. Mais au 2e étage avec escalier très raide !

Petit logement confortable et propre, literie de la chambre OK, cuisine bien équipée, situation idéale pour ceux venus sans voiture (tout près de la plage, du centre, des arrêts de bus et du marché couvert).

L'appartement est assez grand pour 3 personnes, un peu juste pour 4 comme annoncé. Très bien situé - à 2 pas du marché de Dinard et à 10 minutes de marche de la plage de l'écluse. Tous les équipements fonctionnent bien. La literie est correcte. L'appartement est propre, avec un petit bémol pour les WC/salle de bain. En revanche, il n'y a pas de climatisation - sachant que l'appartement est situé sous les toits d'une petite résidence. Pas d'internet, pas d'ascenseur, pas de parking.

emplacement de la location très bien situé proche des commerçants et en face de la halle du marché . seul bémol le parking on se trouve en zone bleue et c est très difficile de trouver une place pour se garer. ps il y a un lave vsl mais il y a de ce fait un manque d assiettes ( 6 ??? un peu juste sinon il faut faire fonctionner le lvs tout les jours et donc conso d électricité )

L'appartement est très bien situé, près du centre et à 5 min à pied de la plage de l'écluse. Il est bien équipé et agréable. En revanche les prestations fournies ne sont pas au niveau : drap tâché, tapis de bain en papier jetable, pas de torchon, pas de kit alimentaire de base (sel, huile...) peut-être à cause du covid, chasse d'eau qu'il faut tirer 2 fois... Il faut rapporter ses draps à l'agence (encombrant), amener les poubelles à un container de rue qui en fait ne prend que le recyclable..

De nouveaux draps auraient été fournis en cas de demande, ceux-ci sont néanmoins remplacés maintenant. La chasse d’eau des toilettes a été réparée et nous vous remercions de votre retour.
