"L'annexe", 2-room Loft 40 m2, on the ground floor. With sloping ceilings, modern and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Large terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage on the property. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Very beautiful farm estate "Manoir des grands prés", from the 17th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Cancale, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: park 1 ha (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced). Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 100 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "La Gouesnière" 10 km, sandy beach "du verger" 2 km, shingle beach "abris des flots" 2 km, thermal baths "Thermes Marins de St Malo" 14 km. Joli manoir tenu par des propriétaires chaleureux et accueillants. Interhome est le gestionnaire de la location. L'organisation est rigoureuse et claire. Parfait ! Le logement a été refait à neuf, tout équipé. Seule la VMC est assez bruyante la nuit. Prévoir les boules quies pour les sommeils peu profonds location bien localisée. A 30 min de tout.

Huoneisto upea ja erikoinen. Isäntä pari todella vieraan varaisia ja tunsimme että olimme toivottuja vieraita. Maalaisidylli linnan sisäpiha. Palvelut ihan vieressä vaikka pihalta ei uskoisi. Pienen upean kaupungin palvelut ja nähtävyydet vieressä. Kun vain olisi lyhyempi ajaomatka täältä Suomen lapista kävisin useasti. Terveisin M. Ja T.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l'Annexe. Le logement est très récent et très propre. Il est très bien amménagé. La chambre permet l'acceuil du lit bébé. Le logement est idéalement situé, proche de toutes les commodités. Un petit également pour les propriétaires qui sont trés sympatiques et donnent de très bons conseils pour les visites.
