Simple and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with veranda with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR, DE. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang de Pissevaches 4 km. Hiking paths: Gouffre de l'Œil Doux 6 km, Massif de la Clape 10 km.

Location Description Saint Pierre La Mer

Small bathing resort, directly by the sea, 82 km from Perpignan, 168 km from Toulouse, 90 km from Montpellier. The family-friendly resort of St Pierre borders the Narbonne-Plage. View Narbonne with its historic monuments: "Palais de Archeveques", cathedral, art and historical museum, Charels Trenet's house. 8 km away you can discover the lanes of the old village of Fleury d'Aude and the picturesque harbour of Les Cabanes de Fleury, 17 km away, which can be reached via the "Domaine de l'Oustalet" in the Clape Massiv. This place is famous for the abyss "Gouffre de l'Oeil Doux" and its numerous forests rich in nature. The olive mill/olive cooperative "l'Oulibo" in "Bizes-Minervois" is the national capital of the Lucque olive, here you can learn everything about the olive tree and its fruit.

Die grosse Terrasse und der Wintergarten mit der sehr schönen Aussicht machen die teilweise engen Platzverhältnisse wett. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos durch die sehr nette Schlüsselhalterin direkt im Haus.

Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig sowie in Strandnähe mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Parkplatz vorhanden was sehr wichtig ist.

alors quelques défaut dans la salle de bain carrelage fissurer battent toilette abimer . cabine de douche un peu étroit .mur extérieur fissurer table blanche dans la véranda pieds de table emmailler .tapis tacher. escalier étroit . manque de support pour papier toilette chasse d'eau flotteur a changer matelas trop dur. Mais belle vue sur la mer .

Très très belle vue, plage pas trop loin. Par contre le ménage est à vraiment lamentable . En arrivant ,avec la concierge on a constaté que les chaises longues il y en avait que deux ,pour trois personnes ,troisième était hors d'usage elle s'est avancé et nous a dit qu'elle venait lundi au bout de 15 jours toujours personne de plus le samedi on a dû déboucher la douche qui était complètement bouché le congélateur à nettoyer vraiment très sale si besoin photos à l'appui la poussière dans partout

Maison bien située et bien conçue avec de beaux volumes exceptée la salle d'eau (douche vétuste). D'autre part, le lourd sèche-serviette était mal fixé au mur (absence de support au sol et pas assez de points de maintien). En général, la maison aurait besoin d'être controlée et renovée à certains endroits (branchements électriques à revoir et terrasse à refaire). Sinon, nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Pour finir, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement pour une famille AVEC DES ENFANTS.

Haus ist für 2 Personen ausreichend, mit schöner Terasse und Blick aufs Meer. Leider waren die Liegestühle defekt (es fehlten Schrauben an den Armlehnen) und die Verwalterin recht unfreundlich.

Unterkunft hat eine rustikale und spärliche Ausstattung. Backofen fanden wir verdreckt vor. Die Fenster haben alle kein fliegengitter, des Weiteren war die Einweisung sehr kurz. Aber ,Warnung!, zum Schlafzimmer , abends Animation-Musik vom Nachbarn Hotel.

In der Beschreibung stand,dass man deutsche Programme im TV empfängt, wir haben keine gefunden. Aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub.

Tolles Reihen-Ferienhaus mit Meerblick-Terasse. Zum Ortskern sind es etwa 1 KM am Strand ist man schon in 450 m. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Bad ist etwas eng, schmälert aber nicht den Gesamteindruck. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit, von daher waren wir am Markt oder beim Bäcker in sehr kurzer Zeit. Da wir im September vor Ort waren, war es sehr ruhig. In der Hauptsaison kann es aber durch die Terassen den angrenzenden Reihenhäuser belebter werden.

Sehr gemütlich, mit großem Gasgrill auf der Terasse. Komplett geschlossenes Grundstück. Blick auf das Meer. Zentral gelegen, 1200 Meter zum Zentrum. Erste Cafes bereits nach 100 Meter. Täglicher Markt mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Unzählige Winzer in der Region.

Klein aber, gut aufgeteilt. Vor allem der Wintergarten und die große Terrasse mit Meerblick sind super. Im Schlafzimmer war das Fliegengitter defekt. Sehr nette und pünktliche Vermittlerin.
